After 2 years of maintaining Pagan Living as a completely free service to the members, the escalating server bills, programming costs and bandwidth fees have compelled us to begin charging a nominal fee to support Pagan Living Forum and website.
The Pagan Living Forum will remain free for everyone to read and post comments. However, to view any of the other information including The Book of Shadows, Apothecary, Divination Suite, Downloads, Encyclopedias, Journals, Recipe, Crafts and Spells, use the Private Messaging system, along with other features, we would ask that you buy a subscription.
1 month $5.50= $66 USD a year
3 Months $5 per month = $15 = $60 USD per year
6 Months $4.50 per month = $27 =$54 USD per year

Purchasing a membership subscription will not change your Forum Member status. However, it will give you access to the additional features of having access to the rest of the site. You will be able to send Private Messages to other subscribers. However, you cannot send Private Messages to unsubscribed members.
This arrangement is affordable for everyone, the information is amazing that you will receive...with no hype, advertising, pop-ups or fluff like everything else.
Plus, it weeds out potential freeloaders and people who have no "REAL" desire to invest in themselves or their future. I know that at times these things sound rough, but really...I have been both online and offline to see that this Path is NOT for everyone. Simple and plain. There are just way to many people that will join something on a whim because it costs nothing, neither their time nor their money and they will hope for a miracle or someone to save them.
In the past we have catered to that crowd somewhat. We have completely got rid of that attitude now. You pay to access information that can assist you in your spiritual and everyday life right away. All Members will continue to enjoy reading and posting comments and otherwise participating in sections of the Pagan Living Forum as before. I sincerely hope that the you will also support Pagan Living as a whole by buying a subscription.
Use of Pagan Living Website and Tools
We may provide a variety of services on this website through which you can directly interact with others, such as email services, chat rooms, communications tools, forums, classifieds and other user-submitted advertising, and other public posting. We want to encourage an open exchange of information and ideas, but at the same time we want everyone to be able to enjoy these communications tools.
We reserve the right to deny access to any communications tools to anyone who violates this agreement or who, in our judgment, interferes with the ability of others to enjoy our sites or infringes the rights of others. We also reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete, move, or edit any postings that come to our attention that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary right of any party; This includes copying information from Pagan Living and posting/publishing to another website, newsletter, magazine, E-zine or other media.
Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation, without our express written approval;
Gathering for the purpose of "spamming" any email addresses that users post in our chat rooms, forums and other public posting areas;
Uploading, posting, emailing, transmitting or otherwise making available any content or material that contains software viruses, worms or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications or other equipment, or to cause a security breach of such software, hardware or telecommunications or other equipment;
Uploading or posting any off-topic or irrelevant material to any chat room or forum;
Interfering with or disrupting any servers or networks used to provide the communications services, or disobeying any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of the networks we use to provide the communications services;
Violating any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to (i) all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States or the country in which you reside, (ii) regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, and (iii) any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ;
"Stalking" or otherwise harassing another;
Instigating or encouraging others to commit illegal activities or cause injury or property damage to any person;
Collecting or storing personal data about other users;
Gaining unauthorized access to our website, or any account, computer system, or network connected to this website, by means such as hacking, password mining or other illicit means; or
Obtaining or attempting to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through this website.
