OK Young lady GET OUT OF MY HEAD!!!!!!

It's good to hear that you manage to stay away from addiction for a week . May I suggest a method of meditation I heard from others that are supposed to help with addiction . Next time when you are into the addiction (if ever) , notice every single breathe and sensation . Be totally mindful of every single breathe and action . You would start to develop a kind of some sort of 'void' towards that particular addiction and you wouldn't think about it if you succeed .

Well Freedom. I'm happy for you, needless to say. Need to catch uyp to that wagon again, ssems I fell of is at some point in time. Guess I landed on my head, so I'm ok thouhg, lol.
