interesting topic! I only have the usual spots ... but two of my kids have matching spots, two on there heads under there hair, same place same size.. and they are a year and a half apart, we used to joke that they where twins just not at the same time, now they are in high school people ask them all the time if they are twins....

They are opposite in some ways as girl and boy, but they love each others friends and they all hang out at my house, they are both water signs also...

I have a birthmark on my back in the shape of Ireland.
Funny, half of my folks are from Ireland/Scotland...the other half Native American.

If my memory serves me well, one of the segments on Montel show with Sylvia Brown said that birthmarks have something to do with past lives.
Not sure though
I myself have wondered what it means to have birthmarks.

I have a mole on the left side of chin, my dad told me it was a beauty mark, my granny called it a witch mark had it from birth, when I was youger I tried to take it off and it came back darker .

very interesting stuff. I was born with a scorpio shaped mark on my left leg. I was also born on Halloween. hmm.........don't know what it's supposed to mean though.

I have always believed in this, my oldest son (he's 26 now) used to tell me (when he was alot younger) about when he was a kid along time ago, he would say you remember mommy like i was there with him. then in the late 90's we adopted 3 children from a very abusive home and from the first time i saw them i knew i had known them before... My oldest daughter(who was 7 when we adopted her she is 17 now) and she has neuro fibromatosis!!! it is a terrible disease :!: she was diagnosed with brain cancer in 2001, it was caused by the neuro fibromotosis. she has had 18 mo of chemo and now she is totally blind she goes to school full-time and she is #3 in her whole school she is a sophmore in hs and she's also the mascot of the whole town. when she was diagnosed they said she had only 2 months to live that was 8 years ago... the doctors told us that neuro fibromatosis was like the elephant man disease on the inside .

my youngest daughter and I have the same birthmark behind our left ear. Kinda looks like a chocolate smudge. Her birthmark showed up about 6 months after she was born. I'm not sure about mine.
