I'm in the middle of the bible belt and wondering whether I have sisters nearby who remain in hiding?

Oh, it's fabulous here! I love the area I'm in, and the small-town atmosphere, but wish I could connect with other pagans in the area, if there are any.

[align=justify]Hi Delia, I just joined this group and saw your post. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kate and I live near Myrtle Beach. I see that it's been a few months since this was posted so I hope to hear back from you. Blessings.

Merry Meet, Emeraldfay. I'm 'way over on the other side of South Carolina, near Aiken. My daughter lives with me, and we attended a small Beltane circle last night just north of Aiken, with two other kindred spirits. So, at least I've found a couple of like-minded folk.

Do you have any pagan friends out there in Myrtle Beach? How long have you lived there?

Hi again. Nice to hear from you.
I've been living in SC for five years. I love it. I'm originally from Michigan. I was a Christian for many years but took a different path after moving here. Now I guess I would consider myself more eclectic than anything. I love the magic, vitality and tolerance of Paganism and other earth religions.
I'm a hair stylist and work with 3 other girls. We have a great time everyday.
I met my husband online and we have been married for almost 6 years. I have a grown daughter and 2 gorgeous grandkids. They still live in MI but I'm hoping to convince them to move here.
I have met a few eclectics since I've moved here. Some are spot on and some are fairly odd. But to each their own.
My family is pretty open to the idea of my path change. My dad has always been vary open when it comes to religion. He is more into native American religion. It was my great granny that got me involved in Christianity. I think in the grand scheme of things they all blend together.
Well now that I've written a book, I'll say bye for now... bright blessings.
