As some of you may or may not know I am about to launch my very own Pagan Podcast. Every week I will feature a different herb and the herb for the first episode is going to be Milk Thistle. I am having an extremely difficult time locating cooking recipes for milk thistle so if anyone knows of any please post them here and I will give you credit on the show for helping me with this information (ex: “and this week <your> has submitted the following recipe….”)

How, by chance, would "some" of us know this? You've just joined, never introduced yourself but dive in requesting info for your podcast! Thanks for the offer of "credit" but no thank you!

Because I have been a member since this was an MSN group so I would hope some people remember me. Usually I say if you don't have anything nice to say then do say anything at all but I'm going to break my own rule. I really hope that you do not represent the sum of this community because to be honest if you do then this would be a very shabby community indeed.

NOTICE: The podcast will not be published on the 1st of March due to my iPod being stolen from me and it contained all of the research for the first show and my script.

Yes, I do see your point and I am sorry that I got overly excited about my research. I don't mean to offend anyone but I promised allot of people that I would have this done by the 1st and then all these things happen to me and I get behind and then yesterday someone stole my iPod with all of the research on it. So to be honest I feel like this idea of a Podcast is the only thing that’s keeping me going besides my wife and I guess I'm a little to over eager to get this done and have some sort of structure at the moment.
