Had an occurance happen the other day, one of many little things pointing to something hapening in my life. (see walk with angels)

Was sitting at home, son had just left to go someplace. Heard police sirens going p the main street, nothing new. Had a flash of son, police car, and the feeling of him being late for work.

Hubby told me when he got home that son was late for work because he got stopped by the police for speeding, was given a warning, and let go on his merry way. (they work at same place different shifts.)

The stop happened many miles from home, many hours later than when I heard the sirens.

I totally agree with it being Mother's Intuition. My mom always always knows there's something wrong before I even tell her (and we lived on opposite sides of the country)!

My mom and I have that connection too. SHe lives across the ocean and is 6 hours apart, but we call each other "right when I needed to" more often then coincidence.

She sat down to write me an email yesterday and I called her in the same instant she thought of me.

When my daughter was in 1st grade she was having some problems at school which the school was unresponsive to. We told her that she had a right to call home if a problem came up. The school went around our wishes and wouldn't allow her to get to the phone to call home. So we taught her to close her eyes, visualize moms' face and as soon as she saw me start to look at her to call out for me to come. The secretary couldn't figure out how we did it. They searched her bag for a cell phone and told me we weren't allowed to send one. The only phone we needed was our own ethernet. We eventually homeschooled. I think this is a skill easily taught.

I have a very close bond with my dad. He often rings me when I most need it and vice versa. I usually pick up on when he is unwell. Once he was having some sun spots burnt off and had a very servere one done his left ear and at the same time I felt pain on my ear. So most times it is a great thing, but other times I'm not so sure.

Double edged sword it is.
