Hi I have just made a very comfortable Zen Garden in my yard and decided to do a meditation today in it. I lit candles, incense and had on my Faery Music- during the meditation a snaraling wolf appeared serveral times, this wa a slight snarl like it was warning something .any Ideas what it means?

Thanks for any help in advance

A tiger has been in many of mine. A few times he would growl and paw at the ground. After a while he would start to come right to me and everything. Maybe it was just playing or maybe there is a negative energy. I don't really know, but I just felt like posting Smile. Just putting in my own two cents.

Rhiannon,

The first thing you must ask yourself is what does the wolf symbolize to you? Do you view wolves as protectors? Do you view wolves more as a primal force of nature? If you find that your feeling towards wolves is a positive relationship, you may want to trust the wolf as a guide.

As a general rule, wolves are not violent creatures except for when threatened or hungry. They are socially complex, forming family bonds and hierachies. A brief snarl sounds like a form of communication, but there are many types of snarls in a wolf's "vocabulary."

I would meditate and ask for further guidance.. Also, ponder how you react to the wolf's appearance. Ultimately, the meaning of your wolf will be derived from your own intutition, not our analysis.

I hope this helps.

Stacy Thank You so much for your insight I do see wolves as positive & a possible guide I now have to figure out how to communicate with this one - the snarl did not seem angry but almost as a warning to someone or something else. anyway I will meditate on this again and let you know what I finj ! Thanks again and Brightest Blessings to you Stacy!

One thing you need to be wary of when doing meditations, or any metaphysical practice, out of doors, you need to provide a good measure of protection around your site as it is in the open and therefore open to all sorts of unwelcomed/uninvited visitors.

Your Wolf may merely have been trying to warn you of other presences around you which it was uncomfortable with.

Like Stacey said though in the end, final interpretation is always up to you.
