Mornin' everyone!

Just wanted to express gratitude this morning. Went on, what was for me a long walk this morning. I used to walk and run all the time, but life took a big change, I got depressed about it and ended up as a house mouse this last year. Being a mouse that gains alot when I don't get out and about, I certainly did round out a bit. So this AM's walk was really a response to getting on this site and becoming healthier and reconnecting spiritually to the world again. Thank you to all who have made this possible!

People come and go in our lives and it is nice when once again they come back round again after a long spell of being gone.

Sorry I have not been as active on the boards as I usually am. I have been working on adding more choices to the Divination Suite, along with other things in the background of the castle here.

I apologize for not being there for some of you as I should have been as well....the Lupus thingie has me a bit freaked as well....but at least now I know what I am dealing with! It took years for them to finally diagnose me and what it was that was causing me so much pain and distress. Now I am on the road to taking charge of the situation, and it is kinda confuzzling at the moment. So please bear with me.

I had a bit of a freaky, well for some it would be, thing happen today at work. I ws sitting in my chair and I began to feel funny, kept thinking about heart problems feeling floaty adn just not right. I knew it wasn't my issue, figured it was one of the old folks, No it was one of the employees. They sent her out with lightheadedness, pain in her arm and chest.

Didn't think I was getting attached to these guys just yet, guess I figured wrong.

October, the 10th month of the year, might I ask what the hell happened to the first nine?!

Hubby and I are planning a couple days away this month for his birthday. heading up to Omaha Nebraska. I know why there. Dunno, the zoo. Just a weekend away. going to a cool zoo, with a cool aquarium, and I'm sure, stopping at at least one flea market searching for hotwheels, lol.

Now I can start a countdown! yeah.

Still havingtroubles with the youngest and going to school, but I give up, no longer am I going to stress myself. She starts into counseling tommorrow.

When her stress begins to show itself in physical manifestations the school system is seriously failing my child in their ability to provide her with a safe and stress free environemnt in which she can learn. Not that they teach a whole helluva a lot, just their precious benchmarks matter now, that way they can keep their all powerful federal fundings.

Oh well enough energies spent on that topic. Went out saturday and found our local metaphysical/spirit/occult shop here in town. They had shut down and moved for a short period of time due to a fire in the adjoining space in the little storefront they were in. Moved just around the corner. Found a cool picture book on Reiki that I picked up and Rev Kat told me that it is the book that she recommmends to all her Reiki students. hey, least I got good pickability, lol. that and it hollered the loudest. Called Reiki, Healing yourslef and others. Written by Master Marsha Burack. It is a powerful book. It is filled with lots of info, and pictures, me likes pictures. You can write me detailed directions but until I can see it, lol. It has some awesome watercolor paintings in the oriental style. Haven't even been able to hold onto it long enough to read it yet, lol.

Gotta start reworking on my grounding and shielding, back to basics 101.

Today is a good day. Need to checkin into why it is a good day.

I miss the numerology stuff we had. (I understand though why it went bye bye and well just need to remake some of it.

I hae downloaded the decoz program again and am going to pop over into the numerology board and reoffer the numerology reports for those who want them.

It's funny when you get all these mulitple reports on you. Tropical astro, sidereal astro, celtic astro, your numerological report, your chinese astro and all of whatever you can find to help identify who you are, just how it all comes together in aiding you in the understanding of You. It's actually kinda scary at times.

Ah well the time has come to get myself ready for work.

Hello everyone,

It's nice to see that overall things are balancing or looking up for everyone. I just returned from Kentucky where I was a bride's maid at a wedding of a good friend of mine. It was exhausting, but I enjoyed every sleep deprived minute. Of the many wonderful memories from teh trip, I have one I think you all might enjoy.

The day of the wedding, of course, we all had to get up exceptionally early to have our hair and makeup done. After the four of us bride's maids had our hair done, it was well into lunch time, so we left the bride to have her hair and makeup finished while we went to eat. Of course, the bride was starving later, so on the way out of the stylist, we decided to grab something for the bride. Well, you would not believe the near wrecks we caused between our hair being ornately decorated and the overall appearance of the bride at that time.

Picture this: A model bride with immaculate hair and makeup with the back part of the blusher attached with a tiara, an over sized plad flannel shirt--no bra, nylon shorts, and flipflops. Yes, people did stare. And to top it off, we went into Wendy's to grab some quick food for the bride in our delightful ensemble. It was a memorable time.

Hey Novia, I know exactly what you mean about the numerology posts...I have the books that ALoramyst used, I will type it all up again and have it in the BOS soon...I completely agree that we need all the info to assist us in our Path. I am glad to hear that things are settling down for you, it has been an amazing summer for alot of us....but with October comes peaceful days and nights and more time for ourselves....it's my fav month of the year!

Hi Stacey, The wedding sounds like it was a blast! LOL....I love the visuals you gave with Wendy's and the fast food run!! LOL...Ahhhh the memories you will carry with you, isn't life grand?

My life is settling down a bit as well, October is the time I begin to look within at the blessings and lessons that I have learned over the past few months (and there were BUNCHES)....the business is doing well, the castle here is fabulous, and all in all, peace is where it's at!

I am working on the Herbal Tarot and a few other things at the moment, so you don't see me much on theboards, but I am adding info daily, it's just all over the place here in our castle....the apothecary, BOS, recipes/crafts, and Encyclopedia to name a few...

It is good to see you all, and I do wish you all a beautifula bd bountiful October!

yes, Fall is an awesome time, and October is a wonderful month. It is not yet the total end of the summer, and not yet the total beginnings of Fall yet either, it is indeed a month of transition, and right now it is the perfect month for me.

I always like October and March/April. the months of transitions.

I am planning on making sure that this winter I do not get set into the SADD. Working where I am will definitely help as the afternoon sun shines brightly into my big window directly in front of me, which looks out towards the sout, the east and some of the west. So I got the sunlight thing covered which I think is going to help wonders, as are my newfound plant friends.

When I started there there was a pitiful little shamrock plat with like 3 leaves it is now full and alwyas seems to bloom about every 2 week with little white flowers. I now also have inhereited an african violet which now has 3 blooms on it as well. Also there is a begonia which belonged to aresident that passed and they brought it to me to transplant and care for. One of the other gals brught in a plildendron and well i don't deal with it much as I dont reallly want to have it taking off and going loconanas!!!

Daughter is ding a bit better in school and things are settleing down. I'm just not fighting it anymore. If I change the way I react it will eventuall change the initial reactions she has.

I am beginning to do more ME work, slowly but surely I will gain what I need, self confidence, and acceptance of my self. (yes it's the little part of me)

Well cuppa clan I am going to go clean my floor of my dirty laundry I'm worse than my kids, lol, change one, keep the dirt from dirtying my space!! (ok who has a universal sized dust buster cause I need it!?)

BTW LE you are doing an awesome job with the castle, so much rebuildiing and remodeling going on!!!

Hello to you all. Good to see you all again. I am glad things seem to be going well for everyone, I have tried to look at the posts, but so much has gone on in two weeks of being away.

Lady E glad things a settling down for you, I knew a lady with Lupas some years ago. I surely hope you are well.

Novia, looks like you are having a better time of things of late as well.

Everyone else, I hope you are all well and your families as well. I have missed you all while away.

Our holiday was great, sat on the beach, caught some wonderful fish and mud crabs. Had so much fun with my man and the kids, building sand castles, dancing under the moon, watching the sun go down and come up. Met some lovely new people in the van park we were staying in.

Had a bit of a skin chill moment int he showers at the van park though. Not normally easily spooked by the sight of spirit, but this one took my breath away for a moment. I supose getting out of the shower and seeing a man standing in the cubical with you for a moment will do that to you.

Had a great moment of aaaaahhhhhaaaaaaaaaa while away, one of my life issues and why I have it. Not going into it as it would take forever, now I know have been working on that.

Got home to go through the mail and my divorce is finally final, so did the happy dance for that one.

So all in all I have had a very good holiday, some relaxing, some fun, much laughing and loving and some learning.

Have come back feeling so refreshed and ready to live.

Must go and have more of a look around and catch up on all that I can.

Yes, it is a bit unerving when they do things like that to scare the pee-waddens outta ya. Don't they know women have this thing about strange men in the womens showers! sheesh! lol. Hasn't changed I'm sure from when they were physically walking about! (only thing is then I'm sure his ears woulda been hurting from the screamin' and his head would been hurting from whatever she trew at his goofy ass hit2 ! LOL)

What a hot humid day we have woken up to. With some luck we will get some rain today.

Men are funny creatures at time ( I know we all are, but ) . My man has been talking about changing jobs for a long time now and the opportunity has come up. So I did up his resume etc etc. He was told that the job is his if he wants it, better money, better conditions. But still he procrastinates. So the last two nights he has woken up to a man standing beside the bed saying "go". After many questions and working out it wasn't a run for your life "go", I suggested that possibly it was in regards to his job situation. He is still pondering on it. Maybe tonight the guy will smack him in the forehead and say " what don't you get mate, take the job".

Anywho off for a look see around.

Hubby and I took a drive this weekend and ended up in a small town, or thru a small town up north, Atchison KS which is a very 'busy' litttle old town, and not just in the living department.

Went by one old house and once again there is a major pull to it. now I had decided to spend the days driving with my 'window's' wide open, ie shields down letting life roll thru. Now not a big problem til I hit Atchison and oh lody lody miss croidy! Forgot how many spirits walk about this town.

There is one small brick house that I always sense people standing in the windows looking out, like they are captive in their own house. This day I saw 2 children, a boy and a girl, and an older woman in another window. Yes actually saw them.

Then last night it all fit together with a tv show I stumbled on, as I had been wondering what could have caused so much death.

A plague.

1918 Bird flu. (much like the one we have making it's way towards the human race once again.)

Will have to do some research into the age of the town, but my gut/heart tells me, and therefore I listen. (Don't want one of them damn bricks hitting me in the head, had y share, learned my lesson! Nothing like Divine knots on the noggin!)

Such is my life, adn yup it's my life and I kinda like living it again if even just for a day!

As for brick, I think a whole pallet of the buggers is in order for this one. Love him dearly, but he has a problem with change and he likes things all in his time and pass. Sometimes things don't go that way.

Things are really good in my life, it seems my holiday was a great cleansing in more ways that one Must be good, even deflected what could have been some not so nice words with my mum last night. Amazed myself with that one.
