Greetings!

I became a member a couple of months ago, but didn't have a moment to write an introduction. Thank you, Lady Elaine, for creating a really great place for us to get together without MSN temper tantrums and getting lost somewhere in cyberspace.

I'm 58, originally from Chicago, and living in France for 33 years with my French husband and four children (all young adults), of which the two youngest (twins girl and boy 19) still live at home. The two older girls (28 and 24) now live on their own. We live about 45 miles south of Paris in a small country town surrounded by open fields and forests.

I have been practicing the Craft since Spring 2001 and my path is somewhat ecclectic combining Earth/Elemental/Shamanism (NA). I am also studying Ancient Egyptian magick as I feel a close affinity with the mystery schools especially after visiting the beautiful temples, tombs and other sites in Egypt. On the whole I have the deep-seated impression that I am continuing where I left off in a previous life, and know that my coming to France has a lot to do with this change in my life.

I like to write (short stories and articles), read, travel (husband works for Air France), be outdoors and creative crafts and am looking forwards to participating here as often as I can.

I lived in Oslo, Norway for a while, and would travel around France, England, Germany, and Spain, when I had the chance.... (Euro Tran is amazing..lol.. )
