Has anyone here successfully grown Mandrake...(white or black)?
I bought some seeds from the alchemy seed website, and it does
give growing instructions.  However, I am really good at "killing" plants  lol!
Well not every plant per se', but I tend to "overtend" most times, and
they go :::poof:::

Since it grows such a root system, and it says they do not like total sun/light
I was thinking about trying to grow it in a clear section of pvc type pipe in
the room I have my pc in which is mostly sliding glass doors, but does not
get direct sun, only the setting sun from the west.   It also says to start it at
Yule time.

With the horse(s), chickens, and goat...I have excellent fertilizer so I was going
to mix some with sand to start it in.
Any Suggestions?

I would contact Henry at Alchemy Works. He is always extrememly helpful and has great ideas on how to make plants grow in your parts of the world.

I have had luck with growing a poisonous "witchy" garden,  with many different plants and all I did basically was root them indoors and place them outside when they were about 4 inches high. I did keep them in peat flats and on a tray of pebbles with water in a sunny (east exposure) window. When they reached a height I felt was strong enough, I slowly introduced them to the outdoors...a few hours at a time over a period of about 1 week, then I planted them.
