Hi all,
         Last night I have been sleeping till 2:00 pm because I was so tired and was having dream fragmants....waking up many times and sleeping again...it was very tiresome...I kept waking up and sleeping repeating this process for 4 times or so.....and the last time i slept i looked through my closed eye lids and i actually saw strange objects moving then when i concentrate more i can see some of my familiar surroundings in my room...I Always wanted to have etheric sight....But the exercises I have are very boring....anyway when i slept i had a sleep paralysis and i couldnt move or wake up....i couldnt breath easily...i have to force my self to breath....then i started to panic....when i looked upward i saw a face that is in silver imagary and like mercury around it and it is made of it....it was changing from a face to a man to face of a woman constantly changing....that face seemed to be talking to me....their lips were moving but i couldnt hear any voice or couldnt understand wut are they telling me...they looked beautifull....and looked like they are full of wisdom and they area higher force or something....then when i couldnt bare my situation i wanted to wake up badely...i never had this experience before in sleep paralysis...i always knew how to get out of my body whenever i had one


I tried to move my hand it was very heavy....then i noticed i was in another place and a mirror is infront of me all i can see in the mirror is my hand whenever i imagine it moving to be back in my physical body it only moves in my reflection in that mirror though i was trying to move my physical hand to return but it didnt move except for in the mirror and my etheric or astral hand wasnt moving either....i noticed that there were a small table beside me beside my bed and there were a pistol on it......the place, the table,  the pistol and the new room i didnt even saw before or maybe it was in my home but in the old days coz it looked like the same like my father's room he has a pistol and he used to have that same table....but the room is not all the same...i dont know wut is that experience really i dont understand anything of it.

If someone could explain to me wut really happen or wut i have to do if it is a message that would be very appreciated.
