I am a 36 pagan mother of 7. 5 are mine 2 our my husbands.  We are in a custody battle with his sons GUARDIAN not even a biological mother.  She told the judge that I have alters in my house with knives and swords on it and it scares the boy, and I threatened to "kill him with my Knife", she told the judge i am wiccan.  The judges response to this was"so what are we going to do with the evil stepmom." My husbands attorney told him that was not nice. The judge just shurgged her off.  Now i have to find an attorney and give a deposition.  There may even be a CPS investigation. HELP I dont know what to  do I am retired on SSI and and disabled, does anyone know what to do?  I live in Henryetta Oklahoma the county of Oklmulgee it was Judge Woodliff there.  The hearing is on the 15th and i am afraid to lose my stepson because of what i believe.  Any advice would be of great help.  I have been only able to leave messages for the ACLU but noone calls me back...

Best wishes to you and yours, it sounds as if you are a bit overwhelmed right now, take a deep breath, and know that there is help out there, and things will be ok....you need to take care of yourself first, so you can be mentally and physically on top. Try contacting your District Attorney, and also any Free-lawyer referral service, and read up on all you can about the laws in your area...it is always best to be well-educated in matters like these.
