How old is your dog? 1-1/2 years

What breed is your dog? Mix - German Shepherd, Pit-bull, Golden Lab (yes, she is possessed at times)

How long have you had your dog? Since she was 4 weeks old.

What is your dog trained to do? Be my best friend, guard the house, and play fetch, and hopefully play frisbee.

What do you love most about your dog? Her wacky personality and her drive to please, her love to cuddle and smile

What frustrates you most about your dog? Her jumping on people when she gets excited...

What breed is your dog?  L - Husky/Wolf cross and W - Purebred Dachshund

How long have you had your dog? L - Since May of 2006 and W - About 10 years

What is your dog trained to do? L - Sit, down, "Get your duckie" and W - no obedience because he was a show dog and now he's too stubborn to bother

What do you love most about your dog? Both are our buddies, warm and cuddly, good protection

What frustrates you most about your dog? L - totally ignored me most times and W - wont let me sit on the couch alone

What is your dog/s name?     Shiner (aka, Shiner-the-dog, the mutt, worthless, uff-uff, dog, and various other names he knows well)

How old is your dog?  1 year, about 70 pounds and thinks he's a chihuahua.

What breed is your dog?  German Shepherd/lab mix--Has the Shepherd blonde coloring with the black nose and the lab floppy ears.  He's beautiful.

How long have you had your dog? 8 months now.  Long enough to have to rearrange the house a few times to save my space!

What is your dog trained to do? "find the monkey", "bring me the ball", he's housebroken and he knows how to spell, (i.e. "take the M-U-T-T for a W-A-L-K").  He's also a great guard dog, but he doesn't get on well with kids.

What do you love most about your dog? He's got those eyes!

What frustrates you most about your dog?   He chewed a few of my Medicine cards (which I chalked up to being his totem.  Thankfully, the blank ones in the set are sufficing!)  If it is within reach of his mouth, it's his territory.  We have to lock him out of our bedroom, where I now keep my "sacred space" (aka "altar", since I'm still a closet case even with the hubby), to keep him from destroying my peace of mind...

What is your dog trained to do?  To be a total pain in the butt mostly

What do you love most about your dog? She is one of the most loving dogs I have met, I love watching her play and watch TV

What frustrates you most about your dog? Barking at pretty much everything, and the jumping wildly on people thing!!

You know what is weird.  My Dachshunds dads name was Shiner.  He was a Dapple Grey and has a black patch around one eye, hence the name.

Very cool!  Our Shiner was named that from the Shelter, but we liked it, so we kept it.  I suspect it has something to do with the beer, though...lol.

He is mostly Bull Masiff with some Rotwiler mixed in

I got him when he was about 2 years old a rescue from dog fighters (Bad People!)

He is trained to sit, heal, good watchdog protector,plays stick or ball /fetch, and says I Love you!

What i love most about Neo he is a loving sweet good family dog and when he gets this total puppy look on his face when we talk to him

What frustrates me  most about  dog?my dog is his barking,he is trying to protect but is always on guard.

I have been jumped on by Lunatic   Wonderful dog she is!
Mine moved on a few months ago. She was an Old English Mastiff, 175 pounds of love. Her mother was large 200 pounds, her father was 220 pounds. Guess she was the runt of the bunch. She loved her squeak toys, lol, the squeak didn't last long with her. She was a person, could have opened doors if she had a thumb. A very dangerous tail when she was excited, at least to a male.

What frustrates you most about your dog? MMMMmmm THATS EASY....SHE CHEWS EVERYTHING THAT GETS IN HER WAY.....LABS LOVE TO CHEW AND GNAW ON WHAT EVER THEY CAN GET THEIR TEETH ON....I SURE HOPE SHE STOPS WHEN SHE GETS OLDER, I HAVE TO HIDE MY SHOES, SOCKS AND NAPKINS(PAPER TOO) AWAY FROM HER!! LOL

What do you love most about your dog? he is the most lovable dog, he sleeps with us (I know a 130lb dog in the bed doesn't leave much room)

What is your dog trained to do? Well that's a tough question... since I've gone off to college on her, her training has gone to hell in a hand basket! A friend who trains dogs professionally says that it's a tribute to her intelligence that she was able to pick up so many bad habits so quickly. That's real comforting...
At one point, she had a repetoire of almost 20 tricks, including balancing on an exercise ball, "speaking" at 2 different volumes, growling on cue, playing dead, even for extended periods... she's a hyper dog, I consider it a feat that I could make her lie still for a full 5 minutes! She's only 13 inches tall but she can leap from a standstill high enough to lick peanutbutter off the end of my nose, and I'm 5'7! She'd always take a bow at the end of a performance, and you could drop a hunk of juicy steak right infront of her, but if you said "LEAVE IT" she'd just look at it until you told her it was ok.  Now you're lucky if you can walk her offleash without her dashing off on you! Once summer comes it's boot camp man...

What do you love most about your dog? When she peeks out at me under her long girly eyelashes, it just melts my heart! I find it hard to sleep without her warmth curled up against my chest, I find the sound of her breathing soothing. And even though she's technically a toy breed, somehow just having a canine partner on my hikes makes me feel safer.

What frustrates you most about your dog? she's too clever! it takes some real work to stay out infront of her logic... while I've enjoyed the challenge of training and working with her, she's good at making her own fun if you can't give her enough to do.  Sometimes that means slippers fall victim, and sometimes that means she'll get up on the counter, figure out how to work the kitchen tap, and decide that's her preferred method of drinking!
