People still listen to 'albums'? lol

Sorry, my iPod is my main source of musical entertainment. The only time I listen to CD's anymore is when I'm in the shower. On that note, the last one I listened to was a CD I burned like eight years ago...talk about a nostalgia trip =P

If it counts, I tried to listen to an album recently, only to find it was scratched to hell...so I just downloaded my favorite songs off of it and put them on my iPod. Yeah, that counts right? lol

In that case, the last album I listened to was "Crystal Clear" by Jaci Velasquez.

I guess there's something inherently funny in that, but what can I say? She has a beautiful voice and the music itself is beautiful to me too, my complete lack of Christian ethos notwithstanding...and did I mention she's a total hottie? =P

Just finished John Prine "Prime Prine" moved on to Savoy Brown "Collection". Their one song Hellbound Train works for me
May move on to Pink Floyd "Ummagumma"

I used to party with John Prine many many years ago, didn't even know he recorded till several years later when I heard Dear Abby, LOL. I still clearly remember him playing that. Even through the haze!
Sundown

I just listened to a new cd today.  It was Yoseff  (Cat Stevens) new cd, The New Cup, I think it was called...I really enjoyed it.  Quite inspirational as well as I used to love listening to Cat Stevens...Morning Has Broken, had me crying almost every  time....       Good to hear him again with some new material after 28 years!!

Godsmack - Godsmack

I'll think of a reason later by Leann Womack. Followed by What I've done, by Linkin Park. Then something by Mediaeval baebes!

A Rush disk,  it's in my car so I can't check the title.  Last night I listened to Rush 2112. Beautiful piece.  The end part of 2112 is sad though.

Cat Stevens - Catch Bull At Four

Not one of his more popular albums, but I really like it.

For the past couple days I have been looping Lacuna Coil's "Karmacode" album. Beautiful experimentation of sound from them, and Cristina Scabbia is an angel as always =)

Tundra and Aleea, LC has a great cover of Depeche Mode's "Enjoy The Silence" on this album. Even DM liked it - props from the original means it's gotta be good right? =P

Currently listening to Rush, Moving Pictures, the song  Witch Hunt.  Great song.  As always very insightful.  Rush just rocks!

Labelle - Nightbirds
