I am not sure if I am asking this in the right forum, please advise if I am in the wrong area.

Here is my dilema...I NEVER recall dreaming....is there a sachet of herbs or "pillow" I can make that would enable my dreams to come to my waking memory? What herbs would be best? Any advice from you knowledgeable sisters/brothers would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks in advance!

In the spellbook there are a lot of recipes for herb pillows under "dreams/sleep".  For me, I just put a couple of drops of lavender essential oil on a small square of cloth and tuck it into my pillowcase before I sleep.

If you look in the Recipes and in our Spellbook (as Seamonster pointed out, above), you will find much information on the subject in which you seek....also be sure to introduce yourself, we would love to get to know you!

Keep a dream journal, and write down anything you might remember. And also be aware that not everyone can remember all thier dreams....and this is quite normal.

It takes awhile, but explore, wander and enjoy our halls....there is much to do and see!
