I remember seeing an article here on how to keep cats out of the garden. All I remember is something about red pepper, and now I can't seem to find it again. If anybody could help me find the page, or give me any suggestions on how to keep cats and dogs out of a vegetable garden, that would be appreciated. I"m sure if I could keep the Kiki (the cat) out, the dogs would leave the garden alone. They're just so obsessed with her.

I really don't know anything about keeping a cat out of a garden, but a thought did occur to me.  Most cats don't like water, and I wonder if whenever you see her in the garden, you could turn on the sprinklers?  After enough times of doing it and getting wet, she might think to stay away??
