Well that Natures Guardian stuff didn't work to well and Ben went ahead and got Sergent's Gold for them (one of those ones you put on the back of their neck).  We have since seen a decrease in the flea population.  Pity it had to come down to poisons.  But it had to be dealt with. especially after he found a tick on him while in the shower.  I think he picked it up in the bushes while trying to photograph trains near the road but it freaked him out a bit.

farie i wouldn't sprinkle the cinnimon it can damage the pets nose and they could louse there sence of smell just like kianpepper will cause them to louse smell.

Be careful with the herbal stuff you buy over the counter. (Tea Tree and a couple other essential oils). I put some on my dog - 12 pound Maltese/Poodle mix - and the next day she had a raw spot on her back where I put the treatment. Then she scratched her ear raw, apparently some of the stuff had dripped down and around to the front of her ear. We washed her, but it took a little over a month for her to start feeling well. Needless to say, she was very allergic.

Before you try any herbal or essential oil item on your pet, do a small test first and wait a day or two to be certain your pet won't have adverse reactions.
