The leaves gently blowing in the breeze, the start of the winter blue skies.  My cat ( one of the girls) rolling around in the grass while the willy wag tails ( birds) tease her by swooping down at her but just staying out of her reach.

I'm at the office in a cubicle, so I don't know what is out there.  

Signs of spring. Flowering trees. singing birds. Momma redbird in the yew tree beside the sidewalk, with three babies. (I can see them when she flies off and I peek out on the porch! lol)

Greening grass. neighbors buttcrack as he pulls weeds! (Hey why not share my misery sights too! lol)

The Mississippi River is very close to the top of the levee. I live 2 blocks from the river and I am getting a bit frightened.
A few days ago a ship made a big wake and caused one of those large metal balls the ships use as markers to be pushed over the levee. It rolled almost into River Road..
Yikes, thank goodness they opened the Bonnet Carie Spillway. :!:

Omg!!!Hope the levee holds back that mighty river!!!!  She must be beautiful though..

Me, woke up to 30 degree am.  Now at 11;00 (almost , its climbing,  should be back in the 60's today...Bright sun, happy birds, and the leaf buds starting finally to open, (been plagued with the worst alleries EVER in my 10 yrs here!!!!! )  Its all good though, we don't have many days of spring anymore(anywhere i suppose)  b/f that summer humidity gets here Ugh!  I wish there were places that only had spring, fall and a hint of winter, a   nice warm spring day is all the heat i need!!!!

I look outside and see a tree gently blowing in the breeze.  White fluffy clouds pass by like they have somewhere to go.  There are two baby rabbits fighting over some veggies conveniently left for them.  Oops scared them away darn allergies!!!  Bright yellow dandelions are spotting the now green grass, the foot paths around my building are finally dry!!  Is a nice 75 degree spring day here in nebraska, I hope this beauty reaches everyone
