[marq=left:80f008f452]MORNING ODSS CASTLE DWELLERS!!!!!![/marq:80f008f452]

As I sit here this morning with my cuppa at my side, having just finished a bowl of cereal, listening to the Boulder channel, with the thunder grumbling in the distance, and the birds singing in the foreground, visiting with all my dearest friends, I am reminded yet again LIFE IS GOOD (cloud 9) !!!

Something in my world has definitely shifted. this is good, most def good.

Last night I actually got my bathtub white!!!  (boogie) (hey no small feat!) I have used every god awful cleaner I could imagine to get rid of the grey tub I had.

Ya know what worked? Mr. Clean miracle sponge (AKA baking soda sponge!) You know, those white sponges that disintigrate as you use them!!!! Ya one swipe with one of those, poof white streak. I was commited then!!  Laughing

Ah the rains have just arrived, i think it's time to turn of Boulder digital radio and listen to Mother Earth A.M., lol. I kinda liike here channel better, more soothing, yet invigorating.

Oh need to take a sec and light and incense, and post before this thing times me out. BRB.

Ok, back, also needed to grab a couple sudafed, seems cleaning out the dehumidifier last night gotst me head all stuffy.

LOL sounds like the Gods are having a thunderous discussion out here. It rolls to the front of the house, then it rollls to the back of the house. Seems I am sitting in the middle of a heated discussion over something!

I've had thor flirting about lately, most likely over the fairness issues at work. It's getting a bit cut-throat, although I am not worried, I'm just anngin' until after vacation, then it's all bets off and see what happens.

Like one gal said yesterday 'we used to be a team, not anymore'. Well we are a team, but I refer to it as the 'Dean Team'. Those are the new people who have come in to replace people, and they are ALL people from her old facility, except her daughter. 5 in all.  the oldsters are getting pushed aside by their replacements, so a definite power shift is insueing even in offices with people with greater time and experience in there, and with the company.

It's all good though. No matter what, in the end, it's all good!!!  Twisted Evil

LOL, have a Swonderulf Smarvelous, Smacktacular day One and All!!!  love1  (blob)  (angel)  (chocolate)  (friends)  (hit)  (Happyfeet)

(Kiss)

I am slowly getting over the screwing I got from my sister, I woke up and didn't think about her the very first thing and my feelings of getting back & getting even are lessening !!! I am really grateful I had somewhere I could go and just be quiet for awhile and hone into the goddess and my Real Mother  the Earth... and  Thanks  again to this castle (angel) and the wealth of info that I took and used to heal myself .
Have a Wonderful Day Everyone

Wow!  I feel so much better.  I have fixed the issue with my zombie debt, which, although is no longer a zombie, I have settled with them satisfactorily and that takes a 20 year load off of my mind!  It will be tight for a while, but it's worth not having the worry and the stress!  I Thank the God/dess that She has brought this to my attention to resolve.  (sigh)

The weather is beautiful, as we are having another "storm" today.  It isn't doing anything right now, but the sky is overcast, the temperature is 77, and the birdies are (as Novia would say) chirping their asses off!  I feel good.  (Now that I've had my coffee and settled my issues!)

I wish everyone a blessed and magnificent day!  Smile

SM that is awesome!! See it all works out in the end, sometimes, lol. Glad this was a happy end for you. Now that is one less thing weighing you down.

Am sitting here this moring thinking of how we have gotten so atached to 'modern convienences', like air conditioning, lol.  ours went out a couple days ago. We had the guy come out an look at it and the compressor died, so we are going to go ahead and just get a whole new outsid eunit, as this one is 16 years old now. The cost of just the compressor was about 13/12 of the cost of a whole unit, and we will now have 10 years warranty to work with on the new one. They will be out this evening to install it. So hot in the house, and I am battle fleas at the moment due to all the wetness, that my cat say hell with this house this morning when I was saying by to hubby, and ran out the door!!! He's an inside cat who hates outside, so he must be more than miserable at the moment! LOL Poor beebee. Will run the carpet cleaner with flea killer this weekend, and have done a lightcoat spray on them in the mean time, but the one's he has are kickin' up a ruckus I'm sure due to the heat. have bathed him, and have new collar for him, so they're irritated anyways. again, poor beebee! Grumpy ole fart cat!

Sitting here enjoying my cuppa and bowla got the windows open and the fans on, nice out this morning, so bringing in some cooler air, and not near as humid as last night, like sleeping in a sauna.

Am gonna do a couple things about the castle for a bit and then get a couple things done about my own castle I hope before work.

Have a blessed day one and All!!!

Morning Cuppas,

Just woke up, couldn't sleep. Having dreams about being a secretary/receptionist in a chemical company with my dress on backwards! LOL...need to analyze that dreram later today, I journaled it so I could...alot more nuances to it, just don't want to list them all and bore you.

HUMID this morning, 69*F tho, not to bad when you consider it is late June and Louisiana. I am meeting Krissychan at 2pm today to give her some books she bought, so I am looking forward to meeting her. It is taking place at Starbucks...lol...where else? She doesn't gave a car, and only lives a short distance from me.....I couldn't see charging her shipping....and it's always good to meet like-minded souls....especially here!

Battery and I are working on the site getting it ready for the upcoming changes, and that is taking up nearly all our time, and his programming skills are being utilized 110%. I have faith in him tho, he is excellent at what he does, so I know it will run smoothly when it is completed.

Well, coffee is finished, I am off to grab a cup and head out to feed the wildlife....I'll check in with everyone a bit later....

Be well....

Good Mooooooooorning, Castle friends!

We're supposed to be getting some good storms this week starting today, and I fully intend to utilize their power!
My neighbor lady moved out this week and she will be missed.  She was very quiet and we didn't talk much, but she was very sweet.  She left behind a plant that she'd told my husband she was giving me, and she also left behind a huge potted rose, but she didn't say anything.  I am not sure if she is going to come back for it, but I will take care of it for her just in case.  If she doesn't come back for it, I will consider it a very sweet gift.  I deadheaded it today as there were three dying blooms.

I hope that whoever moves into her empty apartment is not noisy or annoying.  Actually, I'm hoping for likeminded people.  Would it be wrong to work a spell to get "good" people in there or would that be a karmic no-no?  I will have to do my research and some divining.

Today is another "catch up on the reading" day.  I have so many books checked out from the library that I'm falling behind, and I have more books that I've put on hold that are waiting for me.  I need to read at least a couple more books before I exchange them.  Whew.  I'm really learning a lot, but sometimes the brain just aches.  :|
Krissychan and LE, have a cup for us.  Enjoy your visit.
Novia, enjoy the new AC.  I hate humidity...and fleas.  I hope you can take care of that problem right soon!
I wish everyone a fab day.

Afternoon everybody!

Right now I'm sitting up at Starbucks waiting for Lady E and boy I'm glad to be inside. All of my clothes are packed for my trip with the exception of a pair of work clothes for today and Friday, bar one T-shirt for my offtime seeing as how my work pants are just a black pair of jeans so I can wear them out in public and not feel like a goober. Though, my offtime shirt is also black, and in retrospect all black in the middle of June was probably not my best idea...

I was heartbroken yesterday. Before I went to work my girlfriend and I went up to a new store that had opened up (partly to see what was there, partly if they are still hiring because I really need a better paying job) out by our local mall. We took a backroad on the way home, one that usually takes us past this large open field with row after row of beautiful precan trees. What a complete shock it was driving by yesterday to see almost all of the trees cut down! They were all still sitting next to their stumps, cut down but not yet towed away. I felt horribe. Then, like an extra little stab in the gut, at the end of the field when you reach the light to turn back on the busier road there is this sign advertising a day care but it says in giant red letters something like "Keeping God's Children First" - flanked by two fallen pecan trees. Anyone else find irony in that? I want to take a camera up there and snap a picture of it. It's just one of those things I think people should see...

But on the positive, yay for books! Thanks for the care package, Lady E - I really appreciate it =)

Now then I think I'mma grab me a frappuccino and enjoy the air conditioning here a little bit longer before I gear up for my trek home (to drop off my stuff) then on to work. Have a good evenin' everbody ^^

Greetings Everyone,
I slept until 3 this afternoon?  Took my medication last night so needless to say was a little out of it.  It is really hot here right now.  Can't wait until night time so it will cool off some.  Had to take some medication  today.  I have to get the sweling in my head under control.  I can't go to the doctor right now with no insurance.  I found out the my old supervisor put in her two weeks notice.  I guess the people at work were pretty upset when they found out what she said to me when Hobbit died.  So I did a divination and have decided to wait until she is gone before putting in applications for a new job.  Well I hope everyone has a great day.  I will talk to everyone again soon.

May the road rise to meet you.

Heheheh everyone sounds just so chirpy and cheery!!  Yay for summertime.

I've been away the last couple days because dyl managed to make it up for the first time in... oh... 3 weeks? shit had it been that long? anways, I missed her terribly.  She got here tuesday night and this is about the first time I've been up for air.  *sigh* and now her family's rejoining her at her cottage, so I can't talk to her on the phone at all hours of the night and have to be careful what I say on the computer to her.  ya know, she takes an ever larger chunk of my heart each time she leaves, but gosh is it ever worth the way it swells up when she's here...
Don't get me wrong, we got a lot done this week, ran lots of errands and such, we didn't spend all of our time.... hidden away

One of the biggest things, which is a HUGE load off my chest is that I've decided I"m not going back to seneca in the fall... I HATED the program and had no idea how much it was stressing me until suddenly that was gone!  I'm now planning to go through for massage therapy, if I can catch up on my anatomy, since I didn't take biology in gr. 11.  I'm trying to teach myself and avoid paying to take a course and managed to find a really cool anatomy textbook where you colour in the diagrams yourself.  And there's as much diagram as there is text, they take up alternating pages, so it's really cool.  I've learned a tonne, coloured 6 pages and copied out almost 12 pages of definitions! And the best part is, I don't find it dull and stupid, I think it's really fascinating. Ok, so secretly I'm a nerd.

Garden got a little neglected this week. some nasty bastard of a bug ate all my lovely huge peony flowers... I've snipped them back hopng to encourage  them to flower again.  they were larger than my dinner plates here!!
I am proud to announce that I have 8 varieties of herbs (or are they considered spices now?) sitting in my pantry that I personally took all the way from tiny seeds or seedlings, grew them, cut them, dried them, ground them and put them in jars.  that is such a cool feeling!! that number is soon to become 10, but I only bought 9 jars... I smell a shopping trip!

Anyways, hope everyone's having a good night
Hugs are on the house tonight Wink

Sounds ike ya had an awesome visit kathartica. Whirlwind visits can be both draining and exhilerating at the same time. I love the idea of learning new things on your own. I need to find the time, er make the time, to do somehting like that.

Count down to vacation 4 weeks!!!!

Gracious this morning has gotten away from me!!! i guess I best get off here and get ready for  W O R K  ick a four letter word!!!!  Laughing

Morning Cuppas !

Kathartica,

Growing and using your own herbs is not only fun but very very therapuetic I have found. You will benefit in so many ways! And the Massage therapy book sounds stellar! It's wonderful when you find your niche in life...and it seems you have!

Novia, I know what you mean, the morning is slipping away faster and faster each day....getting old sucks...it seems time goes by much faster!

Having my second cup of coffee, just finished placing the Daily Spell in our castle and am working on various things here today to get ready for the changes ahead....I am still a bit uneasy about how people will react, but it is something that I know everyone will appreciate in the end, because of the new and more advanced things we will be able to have here...so stay tuned....

In the home magick world, my goldfish in my pond have had babies! I am so thrilled....I rescued 4 of them abd placed them in the aquarium...I know their parents are looking at them as tasty snacks...but dang, they are quick...and VERY hard to catch...hopefully some will survive! Also have some natural green moss growing in there as well...it is the same plants that people pay for....guess its a good thing to live in Louisiana....free aquarium plants! I am thinking a heron or some other critter brought it in when visiting, and it took root. Life is good in the pond category...now I am just waiting for the turtles int eh are to hatch in the next week or so...

Well, I am off...gots lots to do this weekend...

Be well!
