Alea nice to meet you. Your new house sounds very nice. I like places with lots of land.

Well this morning I get to start getting ready for Deanna's (my daughter) B-day party tonight. Got to go outside and clean up the yard some, pick up toys and such, so I can pitch the tent for her and her friends to sleep in. I also need to put up some decorations around the house and outside. I made the cake yesterday, and she was so excited to see it in the shape of her favorite littlest pet, the octopus. I will let everyone know how things go. I hope everyone has a good day. Very Happy

Many Blessing!

Greetings Everyone,
I'm glad to see everyone is doing well.  Sorry I haven't been on this last week.  My modem decided to quit working on me.  So I had to get another one and put it in.  But it was actually a good thing.  I went through a massive depression and my mother got really worried about me so she showed up here one morning and got me up and moving again.  We got a lot done in the house and she is coming back on Monday to continue.  I'm feeling better now.  So the computer being down was actually a blessing.

Novia you only have one more week.  Yay for you.

Icy I hope your daughter had a blast at her birthday party/campout.

Nice to meet you Aleea.

Anyhow I better be going for now.  I will talk to everyone later.

May the road rise to meet you.

Good Evening Everyone   Smile

Merry Meet Icymoon, nice to meet you too.  A birthday party!!  So much fun.  I remember giving my children b-day parties when they were young, and I loved it!  lol  How was the sleep over?  Did they sleep at all?

Hi Seamonster, a change is as good as a vacation, they say.  Who said that anyway?  lol  I love your avatar!

One more week and counting Novia!  I would be excited too.

Here is a cookie Lavender....I hope you like, I just baked them....chocolate chip, of course!   Very Happy

Merry Meet Spiraling, nice to meet you too.  I am glad that your mom was there for you.  A load always seems easier shared.   I was off-line for 7 weeks!  I know how good it feels to be back on...lol.

I have been busy working, as I promised myself I would.  I want to be able to go away this winter, just the thought that summer is half way over is a bummer for me.  So, I am saving, saving and hopefully it will all work out.

Weeding my garden on time at home, and jumping on the comp when I can.

Guess that's all for now,
Blessed be
Aleea

Welcome back, both of you!
Spiraling, I'm glad that you have someone that can help you when the emotional goings get tough.  Its a heavy load to bear when we get depressed and very difficult sometimes to come out of it.  *sigh*.  We just plug along with the ups and the downs.  For me, the magick helps a great deal, along with meditation and relaxation.  (I love Mr. K something fierce, but he isn't a very understanding nor emotionally "in tune" sort of man.  His culture/religion have seen to that!)  As for the computer, I KNOW I would be extremely down in the dumps without it for prolonged periods of time!  Embarassed
Aleea, I can't live without the 'net for that long.  How did you survive?  Great job on the move!  Weeding can be therapeutic and very banishing at the same time.  Sort of symbolic.  I only have the weeds in my flower pots, but, hey, it does the same thing!
I love my new avatar.  This fits me to a Tee!  (except on most days, its spelled with a "B"  Laughing )

This evening, I have decided since there is nothing better to do, I'm updating my BOS and synchronizing it with my electronic BOS.  I use the superNotecard application to house all my information, so its not really an official BOS system, but it keeps everything sort of neat and organized for me.  I can separate things (like herbs) into their own categories and subcategories and it really helps this old virgo see things all together.  (you know, a place for everything... Confused (Virgo)  )

Goodmorning all, I figure before the cable man climbs up my pole again Shocked (for which he is several days late for so maybe today, ) I should get in and suck up all the knowledge I can from you beautiful people and this wonderous site!!!!!!  Never really get into the caffe much.  My Rune reading was the same 2 days in a row, Ansuz, so I should be looking for messages and signs...afraid to miss one, but really, I do believe that my message may be for me to apply what is needed from your book club....I ended up printing out the 2nd half thinking I could just jump right in  (foolish) so b'f my disconnect i'd better go back for the first half!!!!!  I hope you all had a great weekend, while I was at work, a Large group of people came in who , from the outside I could feel a great energy, They were all wiccan, I even recognised some from casual meeting, and they were meeting and going to spend the day at a beautiful "Megalith Park"(if anyone is interested it is called "Columcille" and it is beautiful and peaceful and for esbats and holidays they have rituals but not by a "coven" per say, generically picking a high priestess for the ritual at the time, I wanted to go sooooo bad, but the good thing was a man said he would come back another day and explain to me why they all fell away from this woman who owns an awesome Wiccan shop, and how I can maybe connect with some of them.....I hope he comes back!!!!  Their energy was sooooo beautiful.....
well anyhoo, time to wander the halls b/f I start my day, Blessings to you all!!! Lav

Greetings Everyone,
Just wanted to pop in really quick to tell everyone hello.  I have to take Sage to the vet today.  He has these things that are on his body that look like growths that really have me worried.  They don't seem to bother him because he is just as playful and everything but they don't look good.  He still has his appetite which is a good thing.  Ray is staying here today to go to the vet with me.  But anyhow until then I need to get some more cleaning done.  I hope everyone has a great day.

Lavender I hope that guy comes back and gives you the information.

May the road rise to meet you.

Lavender, that sounds like a wonderful place.  I wish there were places like that here.  I'm sure there are but I'm disconnected from local societal knowledge as I don't get out much.  There were some great places up where I grew up in WA state which I go to in my visualizations, but there's nothing like being there in real life!  Laughing Used to go up to a place just above my house when I was young that was a radar station for the military.  Its abandoned now, (if its even still there).  The location is absolutely beautiful--in the mountains.  You can stand on one peak and look out at the mountains surrounding while the clouds hang between them--complete magick!

Spiraling, don't worry.  Just have the vet check them.  They may just be the benign "wartlike" things that dogs get now and again.  Shiner gets them, too.  They go away on their own.  Smile

I'm so happy with myself.  Yesterday I made a pentagram for my altar with an old tile I found on the road and some colored permanent markers the school bequeathed me.  Didn't cost me a thing.  We receive what is needed in the time of need.

Greetings Everyone,
Well I made it back from the vet with Sage.  They said he had a staff infection and that he would need to be on antibiotics for 3 weeks and get shampood every other day with a special shampoo.  So with him weighing over 100 pounds bathing is always fun for both of us.  While I was at the vet I got Hobbit back.  They put him in a nice box with his name on a plaque and a lock and key.  They also gave me his death certificate that I can frame.  So I'm really depressed again.  Seeing the box brought it all back.  But at least Ray was there so he was a big support for me.  Now I have to find a special place for him.  I was going to put him on my altar but I don't know if that would be a good idea or not.  Ray says it is up to me if I want him there then he should go there.  But for now I haven't decided.  Anyhow I just wanted to let you all know about Sage.  He was a very good dog today at the vet.  I was very proud of him.  Anyhow I will let you all go for now.  I will talk to you all later.

May the road rise to meet you.

Poor Sage!  He will be fine, then.  I'm glad it wasn't more serious.

Hey everyone!!!

So sorry to hear about your bout spiraling. Am glad however that mum was there to help you out. yes down time is something we occassionally need, and are given like it or not! As far as Hobbit goes, put him where your heart tells you to put him. if that's on your altar, then by all means luv, put him there! A place of honor and luv indeed!! Glad Sage is no worse off!!! I made a stay chain, as I call it. it is a short chain with a clip on both sides. One to clip to Kiki's collar, and oe to clip to the fence. That way she can only travel so far, and I can bathe her with a little more ease! Granted she can still made semi circles with her ass, so that parts a bit harder to catch!!!  Mad

Lav, good luck on running into your peoples again, and better luch yet with that damndable cable man. we'lll se ya when ya return, adn return you shall!!! Dn't forget the castle has selfreplenishing cookie jars!!! Filled with whatever your heart desires! however Aleea makes awesome chocochippers!!!

The pent sounds awesome as well SM!!!!! It's always nice when we make our goodies with goddies that are given to us by the divine!! LOL I like you avatar as well, and yes, most days mine would have the W crossed off and a B written in it's place, lol.  Mine seems to be quite fitting for me at the moment as well.  Laughing

Spiraling, glad to hear that Sage is gonna be ok, and I agree, Hobbit should go where your heart tells you!!!!  SM, that military place sounds awesome, I don't get to get out much myself....gas prices hinder alot ya know!!!LOL!  I can go to a  local waterfall (compared to the big ones here that you have pay to go there this one is very small and gets pretty dry in the summer, but you can walk right into the middle of it sometimes during the year,  and there is alot of commercialism around it, but once your up close you can drown all that out, I love it!!!

Yes, I hope that guy comes back, but either way, I am sometimes "on a leash!" and don't always get to go where I want anyway...(although change could be just around the corner right! Wink

SM, I love to make my own things from others throwaways too!!!! Sounds great!!!

Novia, I hear owls sometimes but never get to see them, I think thats great that one sits right outside your window!!!!!

I hope that if the cable man does come here plays with someone elese's wires!!!!F Twisted Evil Not that I dont have crazy moments, but my neighbors are crazy and mean!!!! Hee Hee Embarassed

Either or, I'll have cookiesMMMMM!!!!!!  Well, read a few more posts then of to work I go, Hidey ho , Hidey ho!!!! Smile

BTW, Novia, Power surges are a great way to look at those killer hot flashes!!!!!LOL!
