Greetings Everyone,
How is everyone?  Well I have woken up early this morning but will be taking my medication again so I can go back to bed.  I had an awful day yesterday and I don't want to deal with anything today.  And I feel like all I do lately is complain.  Ray and I talked yesterday and his paycheck this week won't cover the bills so I don't know what I'm going to do (clue).  So needless to say I started crying and got upset and then lo and behold in the middle of all of that Alex called and started screaming and cussing at me because his phone was broke.  He really didn't like me asking if your phone is broke how are you calling me.  That kid makes me so mad  (fit). Then he calls me back demanding that I bring him a phone book.  Please someone tell me if you don't have a phone why do you need a phonebook.  So needless to say I didn't go over there and I didn't bring him a phonebook either.  But anyhow I needless to say ended up getting so upset that I had another episode and this one was pretty bad  (faint).  So I took my medicine and went to bed.  Lo and behold my phone starts ringing this morning and it is Alex.  I didn't answer it but all I could think was your phone is working fine if you can call me at all hours of the day and night.  Than last night I let Sage in the house and needless to say this dog stunk like you would not believe.  He definately rolled around in something he shouldn't have.  So needless to say I had to give him a bath which ended up being quite humorous.  Here I was trying to drag this dog who decided he was going to sit down and not budge.  I ended up threatening to take him outside and do it with the waterhose.  Then I dragged him to the tub and got his front in and pushed the rest of him in.  Needless to say we both got a really good bath.  I had to laugh after we got done because he got a bath, I got a bath, and my bathroom floor got cleaned all in one shot LOL.  I'm sorry that I don't do anything but complain.  I know it is probably getting old with everyone.  But I do want to say that this group is the only thing right now that makes me feel better.  You all have been so supportive and have given me such great advice and support.  I truly do see you all as friends and you all are the only ones I can talk to.  I'm tired and I want to cry right now.  I have come to the point that I'm thinking of doing a binding on everyone so that they stop their shit.  I know this is wrong but I'm at the end of my rope and I really want it to stop.  I was doing good and then he calls yesterday and I'm telling you he cussed me like I was a piece of garbage.  Then when mom wanted to me to go pick him up and take him to Wal-Mart I told her absolutely not.  I didn't want to see him nor was I putting him in the same car as me.  So needless to say she took him to Wal-Mart.  If she thinks he is such an easy person and that all you have to do is talk to him let her do it.  Trust me after a while when she tells him no he will turn on her just like he does with me.  But I know she doesn't believe that anymore because if she did she would not keep trying to get me to deal with him all the time.  But anyhow.  I am heading to the Topics Section.  I want to get a few things off of there.  I will talk to everyone later.  Again everyone thank you for all your support.  And if I'm complaining to much you can tell me to shut up.  I appreciate all your help and support.  I hope everyone has a great day.

May the road rise to meet you.

Goodmorning all!!!I too feel so intenesly for all of those who have been displaced by the storms, literally makes my heart ache!!!!I don't know about anyone else, but for the past 2 yrs. or so , the old "myths" aren't holding true anymore...like the amount of acorns ,in the fall, should mean alot of snow in winter, the color of the coat on the deer should tell how bad the winter is gonna be, the time of day you see the deer in summer tells how hot the summer should be, etc....well, Global warming has screwed all those theories up!!!!!!

Krissychan, go , go , go .....do whatever you can if you can to get there!!!!!!!

Novia, I have extra towels for ya hun, hang in there....for myself, today I am greatful for a little rain....It has been very hot and humid even in PA!!!!  The humidity makes me feel like I have a cow on my darn chest, LOL!!!!

(office) SM, your summer vacation should be for the WHOle summer!!!!!I lived next door to a teacher growing up,  and she spent so much time in the summer preparing for the year to come, Cheers to the teachers!!!!!!I think its pretty cool that you are "listening" to the departed....I love to hear about how things like that run in people's families, i was adopted so I have no clue what runs through me.....Except for the things I have created myself to pass along to my girls.....

Very Happy So here is to another day, I am off today and am going to look up some natural flea cures Mad

Evil or Very Mad Those little suckers won't go away!!!!!!!!  I don't even have carpeting anywhere but room so the bebe's are off limits in here during flea season Sad I get really sick if I get too may bites!!!!!  Used flea stuff on the animals and can't afford the spray for the furniture in the LR.... Crying or Very sad

Blessings to you all, have a great day despite the weather!!

Spiraling, I'm glad you've opted to rest.  However, don't let sleep take you away from yourself.  I know that life can be a big downer often enough, but if we allow it to push us around every time something goes wrong, we'll be flat on our faces all the time.  You know, a while back, I actually had thoughts of killing myself because of "everything" that was piling up financially, emotionally, maritally, etc.  But, I went outside one night on a full moon and looked up at the moon, crying my eyes out.  The thought came to me that were I to kill myself, I would just have to deal with all the same issues again in the next life until I learned the lesson that I avoided in this one.  The idea that my depression could linger into another life was devastating, so I resolved to try to deal with what I could in this life.   I sure as hell didn't want to have to deal with all this emotional crap in my next life!  Shocked  The hard part is understanding what it is we are supposed to be learning and move with it, move past it, go to the next thing.

Morning, Lav.  Hope you can get rid of those nasty blood-sucking mini-monsters from hell.  I hate fleas.  Luckily, when we had a bout with them, we flea shampooed the heck out of Shiner and that pretty much took care of it.  We didn't have a large infestation and he's an indoor mutt, except when we let him go to the pool with us.

Hope everyone is having a great day, so far.  We are getting some of the outer edges of Dolly down here so the weather is great for us for the next two days.  We've needed the rain pretty badly.

Well all, I've missed a lot! Spiraling glad to hear that your dog is going to be fine. Lavendar Ice hope that you don't have to be with out to long!

As for the B-day party, it was good. All the girls had fun! They ate like pigs, but it was fun. We had a BBQ, cake, ice cream, and made smores. The girls didn't get much sleep!  Laughing  They all stayed in the yard, playing games and talking girl talk all night long. I had to go outside a few times during the night to tell them they were getting to loud, but they were all good. Of course mom (That's me! Very Happy ) wasn't aloud outside after the cake and stuff, so I had to keep checking through the window to keep an eye on them. Needless to say I had to catch up on sleep, so I haven't been able to get here sooner.

Hope everybody has a great day, I'm going to go roam the castle to see what else I've missed. Till next time, Love and Light!

I learned a very exciting thing about my ancestry today!!! I'm Irish!!!  I always knew that there was Scottish and English in there, but I've always felt a pull toward all that is Irish and couldn't figure out why.  I even felt that my interest in the Irish was a "betrayal" of my Scottish roots.  Confused But, Mom told me today that my brother had gone into the genealogy of my Father's family and it turns out that rather than coming directly from Scotland, there was a major branch that came from Ireland!!  Way cool.  Such an interesting thing to learn nowadays (I'll be 40 next month!)  Woohoo!!  Damn, where's me pint and me shagleileigh?  I knew they were around here somewhere! Laughing

Well it's crunch day!!! The day when everything HAS to be done!!! Tommorrow we pick up the jeep after I get off work at 3, pack it up, and that's that!!! S today is make sure bills are paid, (which would have been a tad less stressful if hubbies job woulda deposited his vacation check like they were supposed to, morons!!!  Evil or Very Mad That' ok, I'm not stressin' it, things will wait, it's all good!  Very Happy !)

So after work it's go pay light bill, maybe, go pick up girls, go to grocery store, pick up a weeks food for them, finish getting what we need, come hom, make sure last of bloomers are packed, bring last of stuff upstairs that goes in jepp so we can clear out garage to put my ittle car in there for the week.

BTW I TOO HATE FLEAS!!!!!  It's bad when the outside dog has no fleas until she comes inside!!! Shocked I've sprayed, I've powered now I guess it's time to break out the cleaner with crap added to the water to kil them things. I so wanna rip out all the carpeting. We have hardwood floors underneath. so there's wear and tear, gives it character, lol. Hubby doesn't wanna until the kids move out. Well shit fire and damnation if I wait until all the kids move out I'm gonna be dead and won't reallly give a shit about the house then now will I!!! LOL

Thank you all for the well wishes, and will keep all within the castle close to my heart, lol, wearing my ODSS sigil/pendant.  Twisted Evil

I had the neatest visit from my owl friend last night. I had seen him fly past the livingroom window below the tree limbs, so i knew he wa landing on his favorite stopping perch. So I decided to go outside and stand on the front porch to watch him for a few. He's gotten used to me, so he doesn't fly away as long as I keep a respectful distance. 30 feet or so. I just watched him. he turned around and just stared at me. I gazed deeply into his jet black eyes. Funny you'd think there would only be blackeness, instead there was this light, almost like a glow emitting from someplace deep within him. I just let that light envelope me. I felt like I had once again become part of the greater whole of life. It was awesome!!! A truly wonderful beginning to my new upcoming life!!!

To All here, I'll miss you deeply, but we'll only be a thought apart!!!!

Stay out of trouble you guys! I'm gonna try, just not too hard!  Twisted Evil

I adopted another stray this week. She is a cute severly underweight calico.  She has a leg which was burned and healed by itself leaving only a calico bone from her joint to ankle, but she does really well, is eating well and with Her blessings will get fat and healthy! Very Happy

Peace and Love!

Hope you have a wonderful and safe trip Novia, and I wish I had a visitor like yours. I think it would be neat to be able to have an owl as interested in what I was doing as I was in what he was doing.

Jellylorum I think it's great that you took in a calico. What are you going to name her? My house is a stray magnet as well. Most of the animals I have came to me that way, except for 4 that are all related. One from each generation of my first cat's line. All 4 are uncles and nephews. I don't seem to get any girls.

Well hope that everyone is well, I'm off to roam the halls! Very Happy

Hi everyone, don't have much time to catch up on all I've missed...
Hope everyone is doing well though.
I just wanted to pop in and say farewells.  I won't be on the computer much at all in the next month or so. my week long vacation at guide camp turned into a summer long job working at a camp all the way up in haliburton (about 5 hrs from home and in the middle of nowhere) Walmart's kinda pissy that I quit with no notice, but I've been wanting to stick it to them for a good long time anyhow.  350$/wk is nothing to sneeze at when room and board is covered and you're in the middle of northeastern nowhere, so there's no temptation to go shopping and blow it all... there's no where to shop! W-mart was paying me about 400 every 2 weeks so...
So far I'm loving the new job, it's fantastic, I love it, It's hard work, but oh so rewarding and gives me the distance that seems to help keep my relationship with my mother pleasant... it means that I don't really get to see my sweetheart often though... which is really the only downside.  I survived the "hell week" of the camp where we had 109 campers with a smile on my face.  This week we only get 28 campers, which means we have more time to focus on each girl or even each group of girls.  I think I want to plan a one night sleep out in tents for the brownies(7-9 yr olds).  Some might be more adventurous than bunkbeds in a building, and when we have the manpower to do so safely, I always like to encourage adventurousness.
Well, Im rambling on, but the point is that I'm happy and excited, learning lots and teachin a thing or two as well.  And I won't really have the opportunity to visit the castle again until mid-late august.  *sniffle* I'll misss y'all!!
so, big huge gigantic monstrous huggles all round... I wish each and everyone of you the best possible summer, I know that I couldn't immagine a better one... unless I could convince my darling to apply to work there as well... but we'll work on that one  Wink

Love and hugs
Kathartica

Mornin' all!  I've been lurking, but not really wanting to talk too much.  I'm hobbling around with a sprained ankle which came upon me mysteriously.  I think it snuck in there after I tried to do a tai chi video.  Laughing  I did the same thing with my knees when I attempted yoga.  So, for me, I guess its back to the weight room and treadmill...damn!  I hate working out and I was just trying to find something I like.  No such luck!

Anyhow, while I'm immobile, my reading has further accelerated and I've finished up another Christopher Penczac and am halfway through Heaven and Earth by James Van Praagh.  I'm not sure what I think about him, yet.  I think people like that get into it for the right reasons, but end up having to appease the public out of pressure.  At least his heart is in the right place.  He's got the right idea, but I think he goes about it in a "desperate" way.  I like him.  (Hope I haven't offended anyone  Shocked )

So, now that I'm Irish (we need a dancing leprechaun smiley), I see everything that has to do with it.  I'm obsessed!  Laughing
