I remember doing this at a few places, and I believe FMP as well.  I didn't see one here so I decided to create one.  For some reason I'm not nearly as shy as I used to be either.  Hopefully you continue to see me around a bit more often, but I've been lucky to snag the computer in the mornings when no one is awake, and I usually stay up all night and sleep during the day (Graveyard shift sucks.)

So I decided to count my blessings.  You can post as little or as much as you want, but 3 - 5 is about average.

So what am I thankful for?

Having a loving and understanding Fiance

Having two (ok one at the moment) beautiful cats

    Having great friends

Motorcycle rides, especially because my scooter is out of commission. (especially thanks to my buddy Gary for taking me to and from work at 12 - 8.)

I really need to get my scooter fixed so I can be independent again.  I don't like having to rely on my fiance for rides to go downtown or work, gas is too expensive.   150km (about 100 miles) to 6L or a little over a gallon is what it is for me on my scooter... motorcycles are typically around 70 - 80 miles/g and cars/trucks tend to be less than that.

OdSS and the wonderful people I have met

To be healthy and working

For so many things, and thanks for this thread, it makes me stop and think about what is good and gets me away from the negative.

I am thankful for:

My son being a good sport about all his tests he has to go thru

My daughter helping out around the house to pick up the slack

My husband, who has been there to help me thru the loss of my mom

and for good people to talk to that don't judge, they just listen!

I am grateful for my mom.  We always seem to be at odds with each other - but she is my mirror.

I am grateful for my children for they make me feel safe.

I am, above all else, grateful to Goddess for all my blessings and life lessons.

the abundance available from the universe

Mother Earth and all of her wonders, gifts, and pleasures
