Wish us luck.  I just completed a spell to get this house we want.  but to make the picture fit the bottle I had to fold down an edge before I rolled it up and that made it difficult to roll.  Then the rolled up paper didn't want to fit down the narrow neck of the bottle.  But I made it.  Not the best looking spell I am sure but it's the intent, right?

I think of myself as an artist but I usually draw faeries and unicorns and such.  I have never tried to draw a house with a porch before.  Guess I over estimated myself on my ability to do that  I made sure to include the large concrete planters outside that look like boulders.  (I thought they were at first but they were hollow on top and full of weeds.)  And I added a few butterflies since the place swarmed with them.

Ben is suppose to meet with the Realtor soon.  I think maybe today.  He was going to try and meet with her on Monday but she couldn't get in touch with Kevin, the loan officer, because he went out of town for the weekend.

And we have found someone who said she plans to buy the van.  She works with me and has 7 kids so she needs a good, big, reliable vehicle.

Realtor just called.  The place we wanted went under contract on the 20th.  She is going to see what else there is in our price range that the loan is eligible for.  (Its a very specific loan for rural areas.)

So should I take the picture of the place on Swygert road out of the bottle and redo the spell?  I mean since the house is no longer available and we don't know a specific address we are looking for.  Should I use a new bottle and candle? Or can I reuse the ones I have got?  The candle only burned for a second while I rolled up the picture and recited the incantation, then it was snuffed so I could use it to burn the picture once we got the house as the spell instructed.

I guess if I have to redo the spell I'll burn the picture outside and leave the ashes to the four winds.  The Realtor said we aren't likely to find another decent house in our price range before the deadline but I can hope.  I had really gotten my hopes up on having enough land to plant fruit trees though.

This trailer seems to be falling apart fast now and Ben figures if we haven't got a house by the time it becomes unlivable we'll have to live apart for a few years while he moves in with his parents to save money for a house.  His parents would never let me move in and my mother lives to far for him to get to work (about 100 miles north.  it takes 1 1/2 or 2 hours to get there.)

Not only would we not be able to see each other but once or twice a month in the summer months but he can't stand his parents.  His father is an arrogant and mean drunk and his mother went insane after his sister died.  Just going up there to clean the gutters wears him out emotionally and mentally.

Instead of doing the spell for a house you see, do the spell for the house you want.  Imagine all of the things you want in a house, write them done. In your mind, do a walk through of your ideal house as you caste the spell.  I have always found that magic works best when you are not limiting yourself to what you perceive as reality.  When you ask for what you really want in a spell, you will find that you do get it in some form eventually.  It may take time, but when you have the positive emotions combined with the visualizations, spell work better.
