Wow Tankpixie! A druid out of the closet in Burmingham?  That's guts.

Not really.  Birmingham is pretty cool about a lot of things.  Oh sure, there are pockets ignorance and intolerance, just like anywhere else, but for the most part, people are pretty laid back about it.  Might have something to do with the large international community we have here, due to the hospitals and universities. <shrug> who knows?  No one has ever been snotty to me about my path.  Even my Girl Scout friends are cool about it, some even curious.

Welcome to all our new members.  Oh and Akina, no reason to be embarrassed about loving the Harry Potter books.  I also love them, they are very well written and have an amazing plot.  I was just rereading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows a few minutes ago.  J.K. Rowling has a gift.
