Novia hope you get more sleep tonight. It really is hard to function when your so tired. I hope you start feeling better too. I like storms like that especially at night. You can see the lightning better. Deanna and I sit at the window and watch the river that flows down the street, and try to guess where the next streak of lightning is going to show up.  I know I'm a freak!  

Stacey I'd like to know how big your office is too. It seems like you could have your own little jungle going on in there.   However it does sound really nice. If I could keep my cats out of plants I'd have more, as of right now, every plant that I have tried to grow in here the cats have killed by either lying in them, or eating them. So I gave up and just planted my rose bush outside and hope the weather don't kill it. This will be the second summer, so here's to hoping!

Yes, I'm settling into the whole emptying nest thing, can ya tell. Talked with son the other day and he's doing ok. Oldest, well she's still a lost cause, cause well, she just doesn't wanna be found, and youngest, well she's doin' her thing as well, respectfully. So momma's gonna be okay!  

Zookers it looks like it's gonna rain, again today!    Hell we're gonna start grownin flippers and gills around here if it don't stop pretty soon! *grumph*...had one too many "mike's" last night and now the only thing I want is coffee.  And the hubby can just stay asleep all day for all I care, cuz I don't wanna talk out loud.   *cough, sniff, yawn, scratch*

I had a really odd dream this morning that I am going to have to do some personal journeying for.  I am making some sort of concoction with essential oils and I reach for the Lavender and put it into my brew (I really don't know what it was, but it was for healing).  However, after I'd put it in, I realize that I had grabbed the wrong oil.  It is called "oil of Sowelo" (the rune) and it smells just like the lavender.  I realize my mistake and decide to leave it in because it is actually a good choice and then add another drop of lavender.  

So, evidently, my "healing brew" (the best way for me to "heal") would be to utilize the powers of the rune Sowelo.  It is a positive rune, but one of my sources says that I should examine the darker aspects of my nature, then throw the light of the sun (the symbol of the rune itself) on them.  Its like the fight between the light and the darkness, where light wins.  Pretty cool.  But scary.

Now I should go through all the runes and come up with oil recipes for all of them.   (thinking)

Novia it is a good thing that I can read sleepyeeze, or I would of thought you needed some tutoring lessons from SM!      Sorry couldn't resist. Just glad to hear that you got some sleep.

We finally got some rain last night!   (Rain)  ( Is that the one you were looking for Novia ?)  It was a pretty good rain too. Lots of wind, lightning, and hail. When I said we could use some, I didn't mean to make mother nature mad. There were 2 tornados in the area last night too. I was so caught up in watching it that I lost track of time and didn't go to bed till sometime after 6 this morning. Than got up at 9:30. So if I'm not careful I might be needing those tutoring lessons myself. I'll just have to make sure that I drink lots of caffeine.  (coffee)  COFFEE, COFFEE, COFFEE!!! Of course I've had so much already that I'm bouncing off the walls.  bbn) So I guess I'll put all this good energy to use and go clean the house.

Weather here in Virginia has been really outof whack, it's like it has ben bipolar on us!  It will be clear skies in the morning, drizzle at noon, sun in the afternoon, and storms in the evening!  WHAT'S GOING ON!?   Rather annoying actually, refrains me from being able to drive my bike to work, poor thing.  

SM, the classes you teach, have you ever had to look up some songs or the like for graduation? I'm just curious because during august some of my preschoolers graduation *sniff* *tear* and I'm having difficulty coming up with some cute songs. Do you know any off hand? Thanks!

Why not use the "usual" High School/College graduation song, Lunos?  That would make them feel like "big kids".
