how do i make my own bell

I had absolutely no idea BUT...I went to ask.com and "asked" and came up with a couple ideas...

I also saw a video about how to make one from ceramic clay...but it involved a pottery wheel and kiln. You might also investigate making a metal one which would require a bit of work and a hot fire of some sort to melt your metals. The recycled option above seemed to be the most  practical and uncomplicated option I found.

Try some Sculpy.  It is a polymer clay that you can fire it in your own oven.  No idea how durable it is or the sound you would get.  But you could make your bell look however you wanted.

I have been thinking about getting some if we ever get a house to make my own toad houses.  I want to make a toad house in the shape of a cauldron with a sign that says 'The Brewery'

anything that resonates and is cup shaped + drilling a hole in the top to affix a swinging object to strike it.

Conceivably, you could take a small, deep metal bowl, drill a hole in the top and use a heavy glass bead to swing around. But clay would work too, although I'm not sure of the resonant quality. Or you could take a broken crystal goblet with a broken base or stem (or even whole) and glue a swinging glass bead on the inside, or even a metal bead.
