It has been some time since I have posted anything new here. Sorry everyone.
I wanted to see if it is only me that has been experiencing this with mirrors. Ever since I was little I have had a fondness and dislike for mirrors for many reasons. Has anyone ever has that feeling like we are not alone even if we are the only one in the room, but there is a mirror. You feel compelled to reach out to it, like there is something on the other side wanting to get out? Ever since the movie "Mirrors" came out it really has been on my mind. The old movie that really gives me the hibe gibes is "The Prince of Darkness" that kind of hits home. I am not really afraid of mirrors in the normal sense, but I feel like something is trying to grab my attention to commune with me that is not natural. Just wanting some feed back and other experiences that others have had. Thanks everyone.

Nevertheless, I don't think my momentary fears ever came from what might have been "peering at me" through the mirror, unless you consider it as being a part of my own fear itself that would have been doing it. Mirrors show us the outer vision of ourselves and oftentimes we see ourselves in a negative way. So, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the mirror becomes a subconscious reflection of the inner part of ourselves as well and we imagine all kinds of "monsters" (which are simply our own dark inner secrets) crouching behind them. (For me, anyway.)
