Hello,

I'm interested in past lives however, I don't know where I can find any good information about it. Maybe there isn't any. But than I was thinking if we really do have a past life. lol

I was wondering if there is any type of reading I or someone else may do to tell me my past life or if I ever had one. Or any information about past lives would do.

Thanks

You may want to journey and discover your past life if you want . Surround yourself in a sphere of protection for safety reasons. Imagine a tunnel ... any colour it may present to you . Enter the tunnel and follow your intuition fom here . Allow images , sounds , smells ... anything to come and go . Be an observer . When you are done , think of the opening of the tunnel and travel out of the tunnel back into your present self .

The best place, at least for me, to learn about my past lives, is through dreaming. They often occur very randomly when I dream.

Or you can learn to astral travel...

which brings us to the question of how one learns to astral travel....my experience has always been involuntary ie in lucid dreams....anyone able to outline instructions on how to travel intentionally

Well that takes some thought, or actually lack of it.
