I have a wand made of pewter and silver with quartz. My husband bought it for me, and I like the weight, but I haven't found much use for it. I tend to use my athame and sword a lot more and I'm not sure the use I have for it yet.

The tools are nice, but I feel I have too many tools for the same purpose, unless I'm missing something.

I don't think you are missing anything Luna, each to his own style. Use what is most comfortable for you. I make a lot of things but will only use my oak staff.
