Well, I can tell this is an air day! Have been up and moving since 5:30, lol. On my second cuppa, maybe into fourth considering the fact that my cup is like two, lol.

Before coffee was even finished had made the bed, swapped out laundry, and put half my daughters back in to finish drying. Damn you just can't get a 14 yr old to not think more is always better, lol, especially with laundry, lol, and she wonders why stains never come out of her shirts, go figure!. Got those things done, and pillows washed, now drying, and another load washing. Getting ready to flip those.

Done a load of dishes, reconciled the checkbook with the online bank, (God/dess, what did we do before online baking?) Made a coupla posts/replies, and figured I'd pop in here and see how everyone's been doing.

Went back to work yesterday and shit, no miracle cures whilst I was gone. Did find out though that I was nominated, or drafted should I say, for some shit to accomplish at the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunies, and Threats) meeting, a self analyzation of the company, and what we can do to fix shit, lol, (hire new people, fire the board, burn down the current building, and start fresh!, that or go back in time!) Most of it involves whatever our job entails anyway just with the help of others who should be impacting the position or problem, but do not, like more marketing to bring up numbers in a program that is failing, change signage to be more noticable, shit like that. (It's kinda liken to hoisting up a dying horse to take a walk around the track, to get some exercise!)

Have to go to the board Presidents house next Monday for dinner with the board, not manditory, but 'highly encouraged', shall we say, riding with another satff member, as this bitch lives way the hell out and back again, and have to travel major highway, in rush hour!!! sheesh!!!! I don't do rush hour on I-35/69 highway!!!

CM, my Dad and his wife and her son live in Farmington NM, upper NW corner, literally, lol, and have a sandbox for a yard, so I know all too well what ya mean about watering in winter, albeit he is high desert and is currently frozen, lol. Poeple get the mindset oh it's winter, things are sleeping no need to water, and don't consider the region they live in.

Holiday shopping is a pain in the ass. Period. I am doing everything on line this year...I went out last week to Wal-mart to pick up some everyday items, and was there about 10 minutes...and left...I siomply cannot handle the energies....maybe I could if I made myself, but why?

Another thing that gets me about the holidays is we buy all these gifts for people we actually don't see but maybe once a year and then, do we really "like" them? LOL...I know I have received some funky gifts over the years..and then again some real treasures....who thought of this gift-giving thing anyway??

I give gifts to many people who I care about..and many of you have received them from me...that comes from the heart...but when I am forced to give gifts, I feel it loses the magick that it is meant to have...is just me feeling this way????

Oh well, I am off to create some more pages...I am slowly moving the article over from Covenstead, and doing so in a very slow and deliberate manner...I want to make sure ony the best ones get moved over...I also want to get the Egyptian Magick section set up....I never did get it set up in any of the groups, so here seems the time and place....

I actually had an awesome weekend. Youngest went out of town to the lake with her friends to their dad's new house. Son went out of town to a family thing with his new GF, came back in trouble cause he took his game sytstem with him, and his new game, oops, he can spend days on there and forget to eat sleep, and only hits the bathroom when he's about to piss his ants! nd he's 20, sheesh. Hey, she's known him for years, so she knows how he is!

Hubby and I had lots of quiet time.

Am in the process of building up a new computer. Got an old tower that the hard drive has crashed in, so am going to get a new one of those, and a new memory chip to boost that up, and a full version of windows xp, so that when I call the cable folks to get road runner, it will go n the new one, and will be faster, adn less aggrivating! That's my present to all the household. Was going to upgrade the one I got, went out and bought eerything last night, and went.....but it's a 1999 compaq, compared to a 2001 dell with an intel celeron processor, now which should I invest money in, lol. duh had a derrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr moment! So back I go to Microcenter to fix my ooboo. Found out from my bestest gf that there is a place I can get a flat panel monitor for $33.00 19"!!! yeah see wishes do come true, wink wink.

Haven't been in in awhile so I'm not sure what's all happening, but Alora your daughter is just beautiful. Yes teens are alot of work, having 2 of my own an one preteen which acts just like the other 2. They sure do keep me on my toes.

Saturday my daughter and I had a girls day, we got our hair cut, my daughter went from hair to her butt to barely touching her shoulders, but it looks really good. I even went shorter, from just past the shoulders to just above, feels like I've lost an extra 5 pounds besides the weight I've lost sense I started working. I also got my nails done, my daughter has such lovely nails all on her own, lucky kid!! So for I've lost 7 pounds!! I love working, I think mainly for the social interactivity more then anything. Yestsrday hubby and I laid new flooring, it looks so nice, well anything would have been better then before, having none at all. lol It's not easy fixing up your home and living in it at the same time. But little by little we're getting it done.

Well I'm going fix another cup of coffee, check out soe more things, then get ready for work. Another wonderful day!!

Well for being a day off yesterday I need a work day to recoup!!

Had to go shopping for the pieces to redo a newer computer. Didn't find the dam place to get the flat panel, grrrrrrrrrrrr, did have a nice scenic drive thru the industrial area though, lol.

Had to run out and get a book for my daughter, from my son, lol, didn't figure he'd be able to find it in a bookstore by next Xmas, lol. That, adn I'd have to pry him of his new Zelda, twilight princess game! lol. Been waiting on it for over a year, yes, it ran a year late in release, and he is so addicted to all the Zelda's.

Went to the dinner at the board presidents last night. Not as bead as I thought, then again I put my indset in it to just let the night flow as it may. Well was more like a 'family' get together', with the exception that pain in my ass, got her car hit last night, lol, I know bad me! I didn't have anything to do with it, she did it herself, seems she 'attracts bad mojo to her cars'. She has had 4, yes ladies, 4, cars hit. Three of them whilst at people parties!! One in the parking lot of where she worked, a guy jumped the curb, hit the row of cars, and her's was in the middle and got smoonched from bolth sides. When the guy across the street came and asked who owns the green, he got no further, I couild feel the energy at that table botom out, looked over at poor Marianne, her face was sheet white! She knew her car was once again, the victim of her own fears. I would bet my bottom dollar that somewhere in her psyche she had the fear, wondering if her car was going to be hit, and therefore it was. I told her after she went and analyzed the not so bad damage, she might consider buying a bike! lol She just laughed and said ' can you see me riding as far as I have to to get to work, on a bike!' LOL she's a rather large little short gal, with fibromyalgia. think she might need to learn a thing or two about the laws of attraction, but she's a fanatical churchy gal who isn't even optionable to tell, lol. So, mishap number 5 here we come!

Well guess I'm gonna bail, get up my tree, get ready for work, and go see what the boss lady found to put on my desk to drive me crazy for the rest of the holiday season, and sheesh I thought with Elizabeth gone, I would finally have a quiet season! Elizabeth always put one of them dancing singing things on my desk, not only to drive me crazy but for the kids to as well!!! Seems Marty, boss lady, found one and just couldn't let me not have a happy holiday!! LOL she was giggling her aass off when she told me there was a 'special something' for me, and she knew I would know exactly what type thing it was!!! Evil woman!!! lol.

That and see if 'the guys' got the women's bathroom fixed. They laid new flooring last night! and the indepenable plumber dude was supposed to put the toilets back in. Hell, we're still waiting on him for a call nine months ago!! Told Marty that I had already came up with the game plan on how to manipulate having only the men's for a couple days! lol. Joe, the board member laughed, I toldf him, yes, me of little faith, lol. I know the guys working! I'll be shocked as shit, and have a coronary, if it's done. (I like tea roses!!!)

I posted a long message this morning. I dont know what happened but its gone! I am trying to learn this site and how to use it. I had picked a font and color, maybe that was the problem. later tonight I will go and try and learn how to post properly. I really want to be a part of this family and know I just need to practice patience and take my time. Being the crazed Leo that I am its just not that easy. Well, Im on with my day. Its can of coke not cup of coffee for me today. MMMM so healthy. Im Loving being home with my son, Its just so hard managing my time. Of course I would rather play with him than do my activities of daily life. The house is going to absolute ruin with the puppy and the baby and I tearing up all his toys throughout the day. I must admit if I could just let go of the guilt from the housework, I am, really enjoying myself! My man is being so sweet about everything. Well no joe for this gal this time of night,m otherwise I'll be up until the wee hours, again, lol.

Spent last night until after midnight removing a trojan horse thing from my damn puter. Did it by damn though, lol. I shall not be beaten by a damn nonexistant pain in my ass, nor an existant one for that matter.

Seems my pain in my ass at work has finally reached the point she might just be quitting!! yeah!!!

I have been playing nice, just decided to prod everyone to just stop trying to kiss ass, and let her have what she dishes out. She can step on toes o others, with no respect or consideration, but sure don't like getting hers stepped on.

I am under strict orders of the boss that I have to 'play nice with her', and apparently so does she. Doesn't mean though I cannot give others support to causee troubles, lol. I know bad me bad me!!

Give no respect, get no respect, plain and simple! Least in my world.

Might be why she has had so many different jobs, might be soemthing to do with her attitude, ya think.

Sitting here nibbling on baby spinach and lettuce salad, and cheeze ravioli's wondering, hum are we sure they got all the sicklies out of the green stuff? and why is it the healthy shit that's making folks sick these days?

Good thing I wash everything that goes on my plate!! I might just have to break down and use a bit of mr clean on it as well, lol.!!!!!

I have returned yet again from the bottomless pit known as WORK! Hubbie and I have been pulling major overtime since last Thursday when "things" started to go horribly wrong with our products. Suffice it to say, that as I am a QA Inspector, I had the dubious task of informing management that we had a rather large problem that ultimately wound up costing the company big bucks. Bigger bucks than I make that's for sure! LOL

At any rate, I did my job and others have resolved the problem. I am very tired and looking forward to four days off. My plans involve visiting Dad on Friday after work, sleeping, feeding friends for a late Yule dinner Saturday, sleeping, sleeping oh yeah and sleeping some more! I anticipate some glorious moments with a trashy novel, a bag of chips, my bed, sun beams and sleeping. Ooooo yeah baby bring it on.

CoyoteMoon, I have a package heading your way. It has seeds, a little something I made for you and some more tidbits. In my note to you I mentioned I was sending five Hibiscus seeds. I fibbed. There are PLENTY and if anyone else wants 'em talk to the lady. I will be producing more pods in the spring.

My Desert Rose has still not matured its' seed pods but I have noticed they are really growing! As previously promised, if and when they mature I will let everyone know but I did promise some to CoyoteMoon first.

Lady Elaine, do you want some Hibiscus seeds? I still have some left as I thought sending close to 50 would be a bit much for CoyoteMoon - the trees do grow rather tall.

The rest of my plants are dying or dead due to simple neglect on my part. I've just been runnning around like a cat on fire. I will be so glad when silly bugger season is over. Between Yule, Christmas with blood kin and my son's birthday on the 4th of January - to say I have developed a loathing of the season is fairly accurate.

Alora, you daughter is simply lovely. What a gracious young lady. I studied her picture in hopes of trying to see my twins at that stage and it just isn't happening. Is it me or do all 12 year olds girls think they are 22? Lord and Lady, if I hear one more time, "That's not fair!" or "You never did that to Kierien!" (Their older brother) I will do something an injury.

My answer is always the same though. "Fair only counts in games, where there are rules. Life is not a game and therefore, by its' intrinsic nature, has no rules and is not fair." and "Kierien never pulled this crap with me." I know, I know - I am an evil Mom. Heaven forfend I make them do their chores and homework. What am I thinking by speaking to their teachers? Who am I to ask where they are going and no, you may not go out at this hour, it's a school night. :roll: LOL

Still, on a postive note. My gf and I are taking the eldest twin out for lunch and a hair appointment. My little girl started her menses and we thought this would be a nice way to recognize this next step to womanhood. Her twin is green eyed about it but her day will come too.

ok, glad I had a quiet morning, donned my massive amount of water stuff to make it thru a fire day, and not shed blood, because by the end of the day this bitch was pissed, and the fires were flaming bright, and I had them under control otherwise I woulda blown and taken out that fuckin museum, mall and all!!!

That whiney ass bitch!!!!

She came in all suzy que sweet and innnocent apologizing for losing her composure, but she just had issues with not getting a raise, well fuck, it was contingent on her accomplishing something she didn't even start!!!

So the bitch gets the boss to ok giving the part time people sick days and vacation time!!!

So she is still making a helluva lot more than me, working part time, and gets the only fuckin' thing that makes my full time hell worth working! So I make less for being full time, and they get the same perk I get for being full time!!! (she makes 10.76ish and I get 8.03 an hour and been there for 6 years!! making 1.03 an hour more than I started at!)

THEN I find out they are going to get her a special rate insurance for her and daughter, because she can't get insurance because she has fibromyaglia!!!!!

I have to wait until this 'all becomes official' as it has been back fed to me thru other staff who know I will not sit back quietly!!!!

I gave fairwanring toa couple to hide when it becomes official cause this bitch is going postal!!!!

I wish I could just be Samantha for a day, wiggle mynose and resolve this issue, as it is really niggling at my brain, and not in a good manner.

It is one of those things, I'm not supposed to have this info, but I figure it this way, somone planned for em to have it for a reason. I am going to speak to my boss, which is a she BTW CM, lol. She is spinelesss. She is not boss material, she is everybodies friend material, and you cna't run a usiness being everyone's friend. Heard a thing one day that made comment about I'm not your buddy, I'm management, I'm not anybodies buddy.

Next Friday is payday, and the treasurer for the board comes in a signs check, and he is one that will stop and chat. He wants to know what is going on within our walls, and not just the crap he is fed by the boss, and if I don't get a respectable resolution to this issue by then. I will speak with him and see if she can make the changes she is planning without board approval, since they are policy changes and those do need board approval to do so, and not just the pres. either.

I'm half baked ready to ask the boss what marianne has on her to blackmail her to always, and I mean always, get what it is she wants. Can't honestly be the squeekiest wheel syndorme!! Cause I can squawk louder than she can squeek!!!

I wish I could just put it to the back of my mind for the rest of the holiday season, but it just keeps eating at me.

Yesterday I tried playing nice. I can be civil to even my greatest enemy, but it always seems to be there. I can't remember the last time I had something eating at me this bad. I don't like it, not at all.

that and the fact that everyone else at work is feeling, and I mean feeling hurt, pissed, disrespected, and generally mad as hell, and frustrated as hell. I care about these people moreso than my side of it. Maybe that's what the problem is. I need to resolve not only for me, but everyone else as well.

Experimenting with the Xmas theme. LOL... It seemed like the right thing to do. We'll go back to the normal theme on Tuesday....I don't have a New Year's theme so don't worry.

I did something yesterday I have to share. I colored my hair. Yep, I broke down and did it. I feel like a whole new me!! Years ago (when the earth was cooling) I use to color my hair a deep auburn. Now, mind you, this was before the red colors were in style. I loved it....I have Amber colored eyes and almost clear white skin, so it works well...and when I started going grey, I thought...well....let's go grey.

Nope. Now that I'm 48, I decided I am going dark auburn again. It looks divine. And since I am not cutting my hair ever again ( a deal I made with my family, I won't go into it here) I think it is only appropriate.

Anyway, I had to share.

The holidays always cause such a ruckus in people's households....and at a time when we are supposed tobe quiet and withdrawn...looking within to see what lessons and wisdom we have gained from the prior year...(go figure). We won't be haveing a "tribal gathering" of the families this year, thank the gods....I am blessed to have my hubby, and my son with me, and that's all.

My daughter, and other son are with my ex in Cancun, and my parents are both passed. My sister is in Aspen skiing, she escaped Denver suring the storm and drove west....I am so glad she is safe...I love Aspen, and I kow she and her family will have a divine Xmas there! It's by far one of the best places in the world for this time of year!

Well, I thought I would drop in and say a few things....I know I have been way to busy in other parts of the site as of late...always creating, moving things and trying to make our community better....sometimes I don't know what I would do if anything happened to all of ya'll...you mean so much to me....I will try to be more attentive to your posts and needs in the upcoming year....as I near the end of miving all the info into our group here, it is apparent that this is one hell of a magickal place!! And that is because of all of YOU....and I thank you form the bottom of my heart and soul....for without all of you she is nothing....
