I'm not sure if this should be in Teen Witch or this section. I am nineteen, and told my parents yesterday of my renewed interest in Wicca. (They had to deal with it back when I was in grade eight, and it seems like they've forgotten everything.) I printed the "What is Wicca?" article from this site for them to read, and the High Priestess of my coven is willing to discuss with them. I don't like keeping something as big as religion from my parents, I want to have an open relationship with them. I ask that someone please keep my situation in their prayers/thoughts, I hope everything turns out okay!

I understand where you're coming from. I'm also nineteen and have been walking the pagan path for a couple of years. I came out to my family but I don't know if they'll ever fully accept my choice, as they are Roman Catholic and tried to raise me the same way. Good luck to you, your future, and I hope your relationship with your parents flourishes!
