Triple-Decker Fudge
Ingredients
1-3/4 cups (10 ounce package) milk chocolate chunks
1-3/4 cups (10 ounce package) semi-sweet chocolate chunks
1-2/3 cups (10 ounce package) vanilla milk flavored chips
2 cans (14 ounces each) sweetened condensed milk, divided
Procedure
Line 13 x 9 inch baking pan with foil. Into 3 separate medium microwave-safe bowls, place milk chocolate chunks, semi-sweet chocolate chunks and vanilla milk chips. Into both bowls containing chocolate chunks, pour 3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk; into bowl containing vanilla milk chips, pour remaining sweetened condensed milk. Microwave milk chocolate chunks mixture at high 1 minute, stir vigorously.
If chunks are not melted, microwave at high additional 15 seconds or until mixture is smooth when stirred; spread evenly into prepared pan. Repeat microwave procedure with vanilla chips mixture; spread carefully over previous layer. Repeat procedure with semi-sweet chunks layer. Cover; refrigerate until firm. Remove from pan; peel off foil. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store in refrigerator. MAKES ABOUT 8 DOZEN SQUARES.
VARIATION: Use peanut butter chips instead of vanilla milk chips.
