I am a mix. I believe in God, not churches or the bible. I am just starting to really study Wicca but all my life I have done automatic writing, did Tarot and Ouija board but now I just get messages and reading for others. I think I only used the tarot for focus purposes. Have had a lot of paranormal experiences. The more I read Wicca feel have been that for awhile.
My confusion is how to mix God with Wicca. I believe in magic and miracles. My world is a little strange I guess. Since starting to believe in magic, things have been happening like crazy. I am getting a lot of messages. My readings are getting stronger too. I sometimes give out things without first asking permission because someone once told me not to hold them in.
I haven't done a lot of spell work but spells come into my head and I write them down. I have done a few though. I really beleive it is all right though because I feel connected to a white light when I do them. I guess I am finding my truth but would like get any impressions or advice to help me along the way. I thank you all for letting me come here and feel free enough to post this.

You don't have to believe everything that a spirituality teaches. Take what works for you. Pick some Wiccan ideas, Christian, Buddhist, etc, what ever feels right to you. It is your spirituality, make it whatever you want. If you want to believe in God but read the tarot, so be it! I believe in a "God Force" that is both male and female. Others believe in a God and Goddess, while other folks only in a God or Goddess. There is no right or wrong way!

I am so excited that you found our castle. I agree with you in that, we do not have to follow any one specfic doctrine of faith. I feel it is most important to recognize the "Divine Within" oneself. That is the essence of who we are. As such, when we follow only one specific faith and disallow all other teachings, we are taking away from our own song. Embracing diversity will help establish your own sacred way to the Divine. And it is in each and every one of us.

....the journey can be trying, and it can be euphoric. In the end, we are all spiritual beings inhabiting a physical body.
