Hello everybody
I want to make a small resume of the chapter "Opening the Gallery of your past lives" from the Book "how to; Uncover your past lives" from author Ted Andrews, speciallly the part of the exercise....
1) First relax and enter in meditational state (I will trust that you already have a method for that ok? so we will make this much shorter and effective)
2) Visualize yourself in front of a long descendant Golden Staircase sorrounded by mist. Descend it, feeling more relaxed as you descend.
3) You arrive to a circular room and you see an oaken door at the other side
4) You walk to the door and you read your name on it, also another name below it that maybe you will be able to read, maybe not (that is the last name you had before the present one)
5) Get through the door and enjoy your visit to a museum, a museum made of your lives, with different collections from different times and places.
6)When you are done, return by the same path, and make large notes about it
7)The author says "DO NOT CONFUSE IMAGINATION WITH THE UNREAL. THEY ARE OFTEN QUITE DIFFERENT. WE COULD NOT IMAGINE SOMETHING IF THERE WAS NOT SOME BASIS OR CONNECTION FOR IT"
Have a great and illumination time
