Joyce Higginbotham doesn't seem to be very well known, but Pagan Spirituality well-researched and well-written. I found it very useful and informative. One thing I notice about pagan authors is that too many times they have but one concrete source of information: other books they themselves have written. Higginbotham, being a relative newcomer, is a little more credible for her approach. Pagan Spirituality explores the roots and origins of paganism in general; it doesn't promote a specific tradition. I found this refreshing also. As for Pagan Every Day, a freind of mine says it is very good. I myself have not read it. I hope this helps.
