I have been looking in the recipies and the book of shadow area and there are many great recipes.

I would lovet to use some of the things I have found but cant find some of the ingrediants.

I love the thought of all natural toothpaste but have been looking for the "cosmetic clay" I cant find any. I went to my natural food store and he never heard of it.

Does it go by a diffrent name on the west coast or is there a specialty store I would have to got to?

thank you
