We moved here on the coast of OR last summer and I'm wanting to start a garden. No problem except that the whole neighborhood is being invaded by moles. Are there any safe methods to get rid of them? Thanks, Damara

there is a plant I have heard about.  I think it's actually  mole plant.  they hate it.  It's suppose to keep them away.  try googling it

OR coast is the most beautiful place on earth!!!  When I was a kid in WA state (on the east side) we used to have problems with gophers.  I remember Dad going out and flooding their holes with a hose.  Seemed to do the trick as I don't actually remember seeing a gopher or losing any veggies out of the garden to them.  (garden)
