Last night I had this strange dream. I was getting dressed in front of the mirror, when suddenly these three what looked like healed bullet holes appeared in a straight line. Starting in the middle of my chest, then on down. My daughter came in and said, What is that!. I just looked at her and said, I don't know.

I woke up right after that. Any ideas on what it means?

Dreaming of looking in a mirror can show either how you perceive yourself or how others perceive you.
Healed bullet wounds shows me that you have been wounded by something/body recently or sometime in the past, and your healing from that now.

This is a positive reflection of your healing process. It is like a validation from your subconscious to your conscious letting you know that your getting over something that has happened to you. You may still need time to heal and completely get over it, but your getting there.

Thank you so much Ladyalpha! That explains it! I don't know why bullet wounds, but three wounds I understand. Yes I am still healing from the loss of my husband, the loss of my brother inlaw, and having to give up my beloved dog all in 2004. I have been making progress moving on with my life. I guess the dream was telling me that I'm getting better.

Oh your very welcome. I'm glad I could help. As to why they showed up as bullet holes, those types of loses would be as devastating as being shot. So I think it is only natural that your subconscious would show those wounds as bullet holes.
