On Firefox, I can't use the site at all, so I booted it up on Safari (I'm on a mac). And I can no longer see the code images in the Download Suite, so I can't request any files.

Do I need to get Explorer to be able to see them? I'm not very good with computers but I love the look of this site, so I'll dowload in nessacry.

Yes, you need Explorer....we are a very secure site, and because of our security system, Explorer is the tool of choice.....

I seem to have a similar problem, but I am using explorer, and it still doesn't display the codes. Any ideas?

Log-out. Dump your temporary files and cookies, check your pop-up blocker, it is a software problem on your end. Re-log back in and try again. If you continue to have problems, reply back to this thread and see if anyone else might be able to come up with a better solution.

Our crack team of professionals (me) have looked into this issue, it should be resolved. I tested it with IE 7.0.5730.11 and Firefox 2.0.0.3, both worked for me.
