If you have major cramping, see our beloved LE's store and pick up some of the moontime bath teas.

Come with a little muslin bag to put the stuff in and hand it over the water spout as the tub fills, then I just let it soak about, granted some of the herbs float out, but hey they rinse off, lol.

Works wonders. Even my 15 yr old uses them.

I have to agree, it's so wonderful and oh so helpful!! I love all the baths herbs I've gotten. So here's another plug for the other herbal baths!!!! lol
