I have a bit of a technical question and I apologize if this sort of thing isn't the norm here.

I have just recently moved and found myself confronted with some very misguided youth who have been raised into a tradition of "Do what thou wilt" sans the harm none portion of general crede. The main perpetrator has made it very obvious I'm not wanted (since I am in the process of starting a business with someone she desires very much). Now, I'm not some wailing kid screaming "Mommy, she did somethin bad!" (Been there, done that) I've already taken care of myself in this matter. I am kinda new to working with unseen energy (with little guidance to boot), but I know what's right and what's wrong and what follows that she has done is VERY WRONG. So I am asking if anyone here can assist me in making it right again.

The person whom I am starting a business with used to be very close to me (until the perpatrator came along anyway, but I digress) and I gave him a kitten I found last summer to take care of before we parted ways. This woman has seen fit to oust our kitten's spirit and put in a familiar for her own uses (to spy or whatever the case may be) - I need to know if I can free whatever familiar she's enslaved and return my friend's cat back to her original sweet spirit....

I must say, I am a little striken with grief at the thought having lost our cat to some watchful entity so I would really appreciate any advice!

Well... that's a fine welcome. I apologize for pissing you off with my question. Yes, I just joined today... because I don't have anyone else I can ask for assistance! I am quite the solitary seeker. I apologize for that too, if it's somehow wrong to you.

As far as my question goes, I'm quite serious. And if you must know, I have taken care of the cat and gotten it shots and the like. I would appreciate if you wouldn't use abusive language towards me as cannot see how I deserve that kind of treatment. If you can't help me, I understand. If you can I really appreciate it.

I have been enduring some really crappy things from these kids who don't care who they hurt and I thought I might find some assistance here.

It is kinda a wacked question. Cats take to whomever they desire. Of you gave the cat to this other person, it is THEIR cat now. You have no right to change how the cat is acting.

By the way a "Familiar" chooses YOU, not the other way around....

Cats choose who they desire to be with and also the way in which they act. You cannot make a cat do something it does not wish to do ( I beleive most everyone here will agree with me on that).

I also realize you have been studying by yourself for awhile (as you stated). Read more about things in this site. This isn't "Charmed" it isn't "Practical Magick"...it's life.

If the kids are bothering you that much, call their parents, or better yet, go to the kids homes and speak to their parents in person.

You can also call the police. Use all mundane reasoning first. Magick is not something to be toyed with, and we do not manipulate "free will" whether it be of a person, animal, or thing.

My suggestion....look within for the cause of your situation. Learn from it, and move on. If you desire for the problems in your life to cease.....take charge of the situation, communicate your desires to the people involved, and then settle the matter.

Life is much too short to be playing these high-school games.

Lady Elaine, I do appreciate your kind and thoughtful reply. It's a complicated situation actually and I'm genuinely not playing silly high school games. I have done a lot of work on myself since I moved to my new residence and found what I am missing within my own life. Why else would I not complain about the relationship portion of the ordeal? I don't care about that sort of thing when I know my happiness is within me and creating art, etc.

The problem is I moved to a highly 'active' area and I had no idea this sort of thing goes on here. In fact the residents think it's quite normal and they've told me I'm better off moving away! There is no use contacting authorities or parents (they are just barely of legal age) and as they haven't done anything physical to me the police wouldn't be of service.

Quite frankly, the cat isn't this girl's at all - the girl comes and goes out of my friend's home while he is away at work during the week because his roommate leaves their back door open (despite the fact he doesn't like it, but she cleans the cats litter and such) She has very much tried to plant herself in his home at MAKE herself his girlfriend even though that is not the case. At any rate, that's just the tip of the ridiculous background to what's going on. He knows she aims to cause trouble within the new business and he threw her out. It's his own fault for using her for sex and letting things escalate to where they are. So she and her silly little coven or what have you got pissed and resorted to invoking whatever it is they invoke to do whatever it is they do.

And I was trying to avoid delving into the drama because I'm sure no one wants to hear that drivel anyway. But since I didn't clarify what's going on, I guess it makes me look stupid (Which I'm not, thank you very much. ).

The girl's mother has many cats that she has put "higher level entities" into. I am aware that such a thing is possible. I understand that a NORMAL familiar is not the same thing, it's the animal's own sprirt and yes it does choose you. I have one myself and I love him very much. Now I hope I have clarified a little more, because I am only concerned with the cat being okay at this point. I have my own concerns well taken care of.

Um, if I may. In response to Alora's reaction, it's highly encouraged that new members introduce themselves (in the intro board), and look around first get familiar with the site before jumping right in with requests from others. And like Lady Elaine said, this isn't "Practical Magic" and other tv/hollywood stuff. Common sense can go a long way, and if you exercise that first you'll get a lot more help. As far as all that drama you're encountering, I say just walk away dude, just walk away.

I do apologize for not introducing myself in the welcome forum as I did not know that that was a requirement before getting courteous replies and assistance. I'm not sure how comfortable I am with someone I don't know looking up information about me (but since it seems to be quite erroneous, I guess it doesn't matter).

As I said I'm starting a business with my friend so leaving it alone isn't an option. I just want these kids to leave ME alone and let me make art with my friend so we can be prosperous in our endeavors without selfish, manipulating brats playing with things they shouldn't.

If these kids are part of the business partners life, I would definetly speak with your "partner." Of he desires to let these kids interfere, and hasn;t addressed it so far, I would not hesitate to tell him the business deal is off. It will only get worse, if anything, if you continue to interfere with the cat. And I am guessing it is all stemming from the cat...for that is what you stated in your last post...you only care about the cat. Get over it.

Why worry about such crap. If he can't handle them now, what makes you think that he can handle them later. He evidently does not desire to interfere with their goings-on.

You on the other hand ARE interferring by asking them to do things with the cat that is NOT yours. The cat does NOT live with you. The woman can dow tih the cat as she sees fit. She is taking care of it, you even said so. So what's the deal...really???????

As it was stated above, you need to walk away. Simply walk away.

The Universe is giving you aheads up to many, many problems ahead if you continue with this plan of action. Magick won't fix this. Period.

I'm a 26 year old teenager too! and coming from one to another, double ditto on what Lady E said. Definitely listen to what the Universe is telling you.

So if the cat isn't mine, can someone please tell me why I pay the vet bills and we refer to me as her 'Mommy'?

I do intend to speak with him more fully on this matter, he has only just started speaking to me again since I have removed a lot of the negative inflences she and her friends had directed towards me - I spent way too long under her will because I didn't know I could remove these influences. As I said, I'm a bit new to this. I have only been an empath most of my life and I'm interested in helping people not manipulating them so I don't play the games they do. This is a very recent development with the cat. He doens't know about this yet.

As I said, he's kicking her influence out since he sees that she and her friends are no good and this is her trying to retaliate. I'm just trying to make sure OUR cat is ok (which I've been made clearly aware that she isn't ok).

You guys are correct, the universe is sending me many signals and warnings about the situation so that I can navigate it and not get hemmed up so to speak. But invoking things and putting them in an animals body is not something I have any experience with so I thought I might get assistance from those who have been on the path longer than I.

Oh and that info you got there is YEARS old. That was long before I moved out of my parent's house. And I've been on my own for years since I moved out... so... yeah

Then take the cat THEN walk away. Others can only impose their will on you if you let them... no magick involved. You are responsible for you and have to know how to help yourself before you can help others. You can remove yourself from negative influences, with, again, no magick involved.

It seems you are only reading what you want to read. The cat is partially mine. My friend and I share responsibility for the cat. The girl is outta there. But she invited herself in without his knowing about it this week (he's gone at work all week) and did some shit (excuse my french) and I'm trying to rectify it.

I have apologized for not introducing myself etc., though I do not ever recall getting crappy with anyone at any point so I'll leave that alone. I wasn't asking for anything for personal gain, I just wanted to know if now that I'm going to be around our cat again, if I had to do something to undo some stupid shit she did to manipulate it in the first place. Apparently not. This is good news and I thank you for it.

I appreciate some of the responses greatly. As I said I'm not adept with using animals to send silly high school mentality threats so I asked for help. I have many books, but I've seen more than one that have mentioned some extended use of animal manipulation. And as for that, I took a nice long drive and realized something. She wouldn't be able to use my cat to send me death threats if she hadn't planted her ass long enough over there for my own cat to trust her to do it.

So, as one of the kind members here pointed out, this guy shouldn't be signing jack of shit contract wise to be a partner with me - especially since I'm the one that did all of the work to create a stable business foundation anyway (since I don't need childlike games to find happiness) unless the one causing trouble takes a fucking hike.

I know he will agree with me that it is partially MY cat, and when he (eventually, now is not the time) finds out this girl is using the cat to try and stop something he and I both want to happen by tormenting me endlessly then that will be that for her.

And she's really the stupid one too because in her fear of adding anyone's name to the message I got she told me to watch out for "their bass player". Now... if I ever need any proof that she is indeed up to stupid games, there's no way I'd ever know that her most "adept" friend plays the bass guitar, but he sure would know.


P.S. - My business might not save the world, but it sure might save a few souls from the misery that is not knowing their true selves in this crazy, fucked up world. You really don't know anything about the philosophy behind what I'm trying to do, so please don't knock it. I have a good heart, and a way to reach out to a lot of city kids that don't have much of anything in the world. So although I might just look stupid and ignorant to you, I'm just trying to find a way to do something that makes me happy in life by being true to myself.

Again, you misunderstand me. I said I'm not intending to be snippy with anyone. I thanked everyone for their time and said my apologies. I always have tried to mind my P's and Q's but it has been quite a few years since I've been active on messageboards so my intro skills were lacking so that was my mistake.

I sorted things out now with thanks to every reply - well maybe cept' a couple... but yeah everything else taught me very quickly (just like I wanted ) what is and what isn't.

But seriously, I can see this is not the calibre of message you would like around here, so in all reality - I'd be most happy if you could just delete the whole flippin' thing so we can all let it rest. But yeah, mostly me - it's time for me to focus on what's important and this ain't it.
