Hi Everyone,
I got so excited the other day when I could actually log back in that I neglected to re-introduce myself. My computer was acting crazy for a week or so (we'll blame Mercury) and I was trying and trying to log on, but couldn't. Anyway, I've been with the group for a long while, but haven't been as active lately. My father had a massive stroke on Labor Day of 2006. It wiped out his decision making ability and logical thinking, along with much of his left side function. To make a long story short, the choices were to place him in a nursing home (he's only 66) or make arrangements to move in and care for him. I decided on the later, so my husband, me, 15 cats, 1 dog, and a bunny packed it up and moved back to my home town that I left almost 11 years ago! It's a very small town and people look at my kinda funny when I'm out in my "Stevie wear" but it's entertaining. It's very weird being back here, but it's going okay. My husband got a job as an RN at the local hospital and I am working two jobs from home, along with doing some wildlife rehab. It's just been very busy. I hope my lack of participation has not reflected as lack of interest or desire. Not so... Anyway, I'm looking forwarding to getting back in the groove!!!
