Hi all, sorry been away again. Unfortunately its been a combination of not being able to get on at work and not being able to focus with my right eye by the time I get home. I am getting better every day but the eye is takings its own sweet time.

Anyway not in work today so am taking the opportunity to catch up on all the posts since I was last here and to ask a question.

I have been reading an article about Huna and wondered if anyone else had any information on it or insights.

I have googled huna and have got a few very useful sites, but mostly as usual the majority of sites are about selling a course for £££££/$$$$.

any info/help/view points are welcome and thanks

I had forgotten about crystal links so that information was useful. I have found a couple of good sites, one that I can't remember the name of right now which is very informative.

I haven't read Freedom's book so I think I will try and get that.

More wondering if anyone has experienced it, practiced it and the like.

Bear, the eye is the residuary after effects of a severe bout of bells palsy with which I was signed off work for six weeks. Face doesn#t look like I've been botoxed down one side now. Every day there is an improvement its just the eye that is taking its time but it like everything else is improving, so its all to the good. I have just got to learn patience and not get so darn frustrated when I can't read.
