Wishes too all,

I have always had vivid dreams all my life, most always in bright colors. Since my grandmothers death over 6 years ago my dreams seem to circle around her as a kind of guardian angel you could say. My dreams aren't always pleasant but that I believe is to be expected since life isn't always pleasant.

I meet up with an old sweetheart about 4 years ago and since that day I seemed to now have the spirit of his mother following my every move since she figured out I could hear her. This too I can deal with, what is starting to freak me out is lately when I sleep my sweetheart tells me I start talking in my sleep, and it his mother talking to him. He says he knows from the conversation and things I tell him that I would have no way of knowing. Okay, now I'm freaked out and he is all excited.

I want to know if this is okay, I'm worried about what else might cross over . I'm glad to see he is all happy and smiling but I'm very uneasy about the whole thing. I have done some weird things in my past but this I don't know. Looking for advice or comments.

I agree with Alora. Since your actually dealing with spirits, even though your doing it while asleep, it is channeling..not dreaming.
I personally talk in my sleep also, but as far as I am aware of..I do not do anything like this while I am asleep. I talk to spirits in many ways, but I am such a controlling person that I refuse to allow myself to let go in situations that I can't control. So when I do automatic writing, talking to spirits, or other things like that, I do it on my terms. I am not one that says..wow, I wrote that and don't know when I did it..

I would say start making sure that your in a protective state before you go to bed. You could also do a cleansing of your home and in the cleansing add a stipulation that only positive things and beings can enter your home. That will help some.

Alora & Ladyalpha,

I wanted to give you an update. After spending some time at my altar I started to understand the talking in my sleep was for my sweetie. It seems that I have done it again and this time both his mother & my grandmother talked with him. He did not tell me the whole conversation between them but I have notice that his whole appearance has lightened. For the first time in such a long time he looks free and truly happy.

I still don't understand the whole thing but I am happy that someone i love so much has found some peace. Plus I have realized this was a good thing and nothing to fear just the spirits using me to help one I loved.
