Hello everyone, my name is Jenna, I'm 16.
I've recently been reading up on astral projection. It said that alot of people actually leave their bodies while sleeping without being conscious of it. The book also mentioned a main chakra located under the spine ( i have yet to look up this fact again). Anyways the other night i awoke suddenly to a large vibration on that part of my body. Thinking I was laying on something i panicked and checked wat was on me. But, there was nothing. My boyfriend records the same feeling on possibly the same night as me. Anybody else every experienced this or experiments with astral projection?
