Figured since I have about as many skeletons, and demons of course, as anyone else, I'd kick start this new board.

We all have them, skeletons in our closets, or maybe you are graced with a demon on your doorstep. Either way this is the place where you can safely open those doors and greet them, face to face.

Now your first instinct may be to eithe A: run like hell or B: ask now why would I willing go and do something that stupid?

Healing. Plain and maybe, in all honesty, not so simple.

I am here to tell you though, once you get over the initial trauma of exposing your skeletons and demons to the Light, you will begin to heal things you did not even realize were an issue.

For so long, we live with these guys rattling about in our closets, or trying to trip us up as we exit our safety zones, that we fool ourself into believing they aren't real. I'm here to say they are, and believe it or not, they are good for you.

So, fling open those doors, or open them just a crack at first, it's ok, you have oodles of people here to support you, and invite them out, or in, and get to know them, face them, they aren't as scary as you think they are.

Give them a name. Identify them. Once you do that, you have the power. Set them loose. Set yourself free.

No longer will you have to worry about them rattling in you closet, fearful that one might one day escape and wreak havoc on your peaceful world. You will know full well they are out there, and yes, they may come calling again one day, but that's ok, you've already met them head on, and now you will be able to handle the occassional overnight stay, then again, you may just close the door graciously and send them packing for good.

As far as that demon on your doorstep, once you have given him/her a name, he no longer wields any power over you, you now hold all the power over them. Kick them to the curb, clear you dorrstep and walk fearlessly out your door, cause ya know what? It's your door!!!

Now for the dramatics to this post. Know full well that anythig, and I mean anything you post here WILL BE TREATED WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT!!!! Some of our issues are 'personal' in nature, and that's ok. To share is to heal, to heal is to share. The first person who causes anyone any harm, or embarrasment on this baord will have but one fairwarning!!

This will be good, I promise!!!

I'll even go first since I 'have some experience' at this! lol
