Kitchen Sink Scrub

1/2 Cup Baking Soda
1/8 Cup Vinegar
5 drops Lemon essential oil
5 drops Orange essential oil

Combine all ingredients. Try Lime or Bergamot also.

Nice idea.  I do use just bicarb soda, but adding some nice smellies is a great idea.  Straight lemon juice with salt also works well.  I also find that the lemon juice with salt rubbed at the base of the toilet and in the tile grout gets rid of the smell of pee.  I have a house with three males and not one can get it all into the toilet.  Oh and you rinse it away after leaving it sit for a few minutes.

Having three males in the house must be trying at times, my heart goes out to ya! It's hard enough with just one, you are a very strong woman!

Worth a try LE.  I do love the males in my house, just wish their aim was a bit better.  The old manly hormones in the oldest son are running rampant at the moment.  I expect I have a was to go with it all too.  Deep breathing helps    -  sometimes.

Thanks for the tip, now I'm getting second thoughts of moving in with two guys lol. I'll be sure to remember and buy some baking soda, vinegar, and lemon juice when I get supplies today lol.  I have a feeling I'm going to need it. xD

At least cleaning the bathroom to date hasn't been a chore... yet.

Bathroom in my house is a chore but it isn't the toilet thats the problem.  I decided to clean the shower so Ben could have a shower in a nice clean shower when he came home.  And here I thought I couldn't grow plants.  I had the Atlanta botanical gardens in the corners of my shower .  I wonder if spraying the shower with vinegar would stop things from growing.  The mildew cleaner Ben bought has bleach in it and the fumes are awful.

I have been thinking about getting a big bottle of white vinegar and replacing house hold cleaners with it as they run out.  I should put that on my next shopping list.
