one thing that happens sometimes, and since it happened the other night I figured I'd take a moment and post about it, physical syptoms of astral encounters.

sometimes when we are out and about, even if not intentionally, if we are injured while out of body, we will end up with the tell tale signs on our physical body.

often I will have a run in with either a friend who likes to keep me on my toes with a small 'battle' other times I will  have a not so nice encounter. (nother story there.) In either case I will get out of bed in the morning with aches and pains, and even bruises.

the other night not sure what I was up to, but I remember being hit on the arm by a stick of some sort. like a stab. I woke up the next morning, and I had this nasty ass briuse. it is still geting darker day by day, now it is a nice shade of black/blue. I do not bruise easy mind you and know for certain I have not run into anything during waking hours to get this, cause i woulda had to about knocked myself down to acheive this beauty.

not trying to scare anyone who ennoys the adventure of astral traveling, but one needs to be aware that the physical does suffer the effects of our travels.

I have had that happen to me before too.  It took me a while to figure out where the bruises were coming from, and it is creepy when it is a really bad bruise that you know there is no way that you could not have noticed that you bumped something!!  Ouch!

I had one astral adventure that I ended up sick for 24 hours with fever and chills and vomiting.  I am glad that it has been awhile since anything like that has happened to me!!

Geez!  Maybe that's why I keep coming up with bruises in odd places that I know nothing about!

wow that's interesting. I am interested in astral travel, but I've been trying and trying to astral travel and just can't do it. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.
But it must be interesting for people who can actually astral travel.
