I am CountryCrone. �The internet demons decided that I needed a new name so I'm back now as katzcave. �I think it's a name that fits me since I am owned by 11 cats. �They are my friends and confidants through all the bumpy roads I've traveled.

I am a 58 year-old solitary kitchen_hedgewitch. �I came to this path late in life .. it was about 10 years ago. �There is still so much to learn I think I'll need another 50 years or so. �

My passion for the previous 38 years has been my children. �They are such special spirits I feel blessed to be able to share their lives. My daughters are 26 and 21: �my sons are 38 ... 37 ... �and 21. �Yessiree - the last two are twins.

I love reading. �I read everything I can get my hands on.

I live for gardening. �
When the gardening is done, I spend the Autumn months canning, drying and preserving most of what I grow. �

I love needlecrafts of all kinds. �

 I'm am drawing a blank as to what to mention next. �If you want to know more about me I did fill out Lady Elaine's questionaire in the Let's Get to Know You post.

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and to say thanks to Lady Elaine and the moderators for making this Castle such a wonderful place to visit.

Darn, CC (Katzcave) I wish I'd printed up all the great things you posted previously!  Oh well, there is a lesson in it all, I suppose.  I'm glad you're back and that the electro-monster didn't keep you out this time!

Novia, you make me laugh    'old lady in the middle of nowhere' and 'earthen dwelling for felines'.  I don't want to slap you ... I want to give you a great big hug.  (btw .. I really love your walk with angels.  They hit real close to home for me)

Lady Elaine and dh Battery have got it pretty well figured out, I think.  I just have to see if I can get me old name back ... ya know 'the ole lady from the middle of nowhere'  That's me.
