I was on a retreat a couple of weeks ago and during a meditation, I was given this. I now share it with you.

We are one - all of life
we are the sum of the whole
Believe in this if nothing else
hold this in your heart
feel it in your mind

Do not forget where you came from
Remember the Old Ways
Honor them

Dance for joy
raise your arms
move your feet in the old patterns
close your eyes
feel the music that no one can hear

Create life from nothing
and release it back again
there is only light and darkness
Darkness and Light
all comes from both
and returns to both
Life is everything

Remember
